9、plication, purchasing and acceptance设备 /资产的申请、购买及验收7.1.1 AQP or Using departments fill in FN-PU-014 according to demands. Then purchasing department review and management approve. 项目部或使用部门根据需求填写FN-PU-014 采购申请单，交采购部门 审核，管理层批准。7.1.2 Productive equipment:process department source proper suppliers and s

10、end to pur hasing department. Purchasing department refer process department to provide information to determine supplier and place purchasing orders. 生产性设备：工艺部门寻找合适的供应商，转交给采购部门。采购部门 参考工艺部门提供的信息确定供应商，并下采购订单。7.1.3 Process department track the equipment and fill in FN-MA-005 , and send to using depart

11、ments or Maintenance departmet to custody. 工艺部门 跟踪设备进厂后，填写FN-MA-005 设备 /资产验收报告，交相应使用部门/维修部门保管7.1.4 Program team according to the product special features list ,discuss and comfirmed machine cmk ,process department fill in FN-MA-010, and send to using departments or Maintenance departmet to custody 项

12、目小组根据产品特殊特性清单，讨论确定设备cmk 参数，工艺部填写FN-MA-010 设备能力报告，交相应使用部门/维修部门保管7.1.5 Equipment departments check according to the requirements of contract. If there is any nonconformance, purchasing departments contact supplier to handle. 设备负责部门按合同规定的要求进行设备/资产验收，若验收不合格，采购部门与供应商进行沟通处理，直至设备符合公司需要。7.1.6 Maintenance de

13、partments register and fill in FN-MA-001 (remark on important equipments). Control departments make FN-MA-002 and keep technical files . The rule for new equipment No. as following: 设备验收合格后，维修部门 编码、登记，填写FN-MA-001 设备管理台帐（清单中对关键设备进行标识）。维修部门制作FN-MA-002 设备履历表，并将设备附带的技术文件、 使用说明书等进行存档管理。设备编码规则如下：LOGO QUAL

16、ance: Operators check the equipments according to SOP and fill in FN-MA-006, production leader monitor. 日常维护： 设备操作人员依据设备操作指导书进行日常点检，填写FN-MA-006 生产日常点检表班组长负责督导执行。B) Period maintenance: Maintenance department make maintenance plan according to equipment technical files. 周期维护： 维修部 根据设备技术文件制定，列入年度预防性维护计

17、划。7.2.2 Maintenance department make FN-MA-003 at the end of year. Maintenance department and using departments maintain equipments according to the plan. 19、08 定期保养检查表。7.2.3 Maintenance department make equipment SOP according to equipment technical files. 维修部 根据设备使用说明，制定设备操作指导书。7.2.4 Using department operates and checks according to Equipment SOP. 使用部门 按设备作业指导书进行操作和点检。7.2.5 Maintenance department make safety stock for key equipments spare parts accordin

20、g to equipment technical files and historical maintenance records, control stock and fill in FN-MA-007. 维修部 根据设备的技术文件和相关的维护维修记录，制定关键设备的易损备件的安全库存，对备件进行管理，需填写FN-MA-007 备品一览表。7.2.6 Maintenance department analysis the maintenance record or process data and predict conditions of equipments, and then take

21、 action in advance to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of production equipment. 维修部 对关键设备的维修状况或者过程数据进行统计分析，根据分析结果预见设备的状况，提前采取措施，提高生产设备的有效性和效率。7.3 Equipment Breakdown 设备故障维修7.3.1 Using department fill in FN-MA-004 and inform control department when breakdown. 使用部门 在使用过程中出现设备故障时，填写FN-MA-00

22、4 设备维修单，通知维修部门。7.3.2 Maintenance department fill in FN-MA-002 after repaired. Maintenance department fill in FN-MA-004after repaired get Using department supervisor checks and confirm, then the equipments could be used. 维修部门 维修完成后填写FN-MA-004 设备维修单使用单位主管确认后，设备方可投入使用。设备维修的主要情况应在FN-MA-002 设备履历表中记录。7.3.

23、3 If can t be repaired by ourselves, control department fill in purchasing request and send to purchasing authority departments to contact suppliers. 若 维修部门 无法维修，必须送外维修或请专业人员到公司维修时，维修部门 提出采购申请，批准后，转 采购权限部门下单，安排厂商进行维修。7.4 Equipment Scrap设备报废7.4.1 Process department fill in FN-AC-001 and get approval

24、from finance and general manager. 设备因老化或无法使用需报废时，工艺部门 填写 FN-AC-001 固定资产停用/报废单，报财务和总经理批准。7.4.2 After approval, the scrap equipments should be sent to Maintenance department to dispose. 批准后，废旧设备交维修部 统一处理。7.4.3 Maintenance department delete from Equipment List after scrap, and the technical files will
