5、une buggy is a recreational vehicle with large wheels, and wide tires, designed for use on sand dunes or beaches. The design is usually a modified vehicle and engine mounted on an open chassis. The modifications usually attempt to increase the power-to-weight ratio by either lightening the vehicle o

6、r increasing engine power or both. The chassis of a buggy is made of steel tubings only. Dont be surprised if you do not find windshield or glass windows on the side.2.

8、 The body panels on a buggy are mainly for decorating instead of protection. 3. Some buggies do not have any doors. Diver and passenger have to climb into the car through window.4. The wheels are open. You can see the hubs, brake calipers, shocks, literally everything attached on the wheel.5. The en

12、？科幻的？都是我们希望看到的。The rules比赛规则Participants should engineer the buggy based on the following specification provided by MOCA.参赛者根据MOCA提供的数据按照自己的思路进行设计，参数如下；length长度3100mmbody width整体宽度2230mmheight高度1530mground clearance离地间隙400mtire size轮胎规格750mm（29-30）front wheel track前轮轮距1700mmrear wheel track后轮轮距1950m

13、mwheelbase前后轴距2400mmWe recommend you engineer your work in Maya, 3D-Marks, Solidworks, Catia, UG or Inventor or any other professional engineering software like these.为了便于入围后图纸的细化，建议使用但不限于Maya，3D-Marks，Solidworks，Catia，UG或者Inventor等软件进行设计。Work requirements and declaimer参赛作品要求及免责声明1. All entries shou

14、ld include the overall design, detail renderings, main dimension and a description in both Chinese and English;2. The entry should be converted into landscape view A3 size PDF file;3. Personal information should be attached with the submitted design, the information should cover the participants nam

15、e, college, major, mobile number, email address and any other awards from similar contests;4. All entries should be exclusive to this contest;5. Any copy right infringement will lead to the disqualifying of the entry. The participant shall assume all liability for copyright infringement6. One partic

16、ipant can submit one piece of work only;7. All entries should be submitted via email;1. 提交作品内容需要包含整体效果图、局部效果图、基本外观尺寸图及中英文说明；2. 作品必须转为PDF格式，尺寸为A3大小，横向布局；3. 提交作品时须另附一份个人信息，包括姓名，在读院校，联系方式及以往比赛获奖经历；4. 参赛作品须为未发表过的，专门为本次比赛设计； 5. 作品不得有抄袭和模仿成份，否则自动取消入围资格，参赛者承担所有因侵权引起的所有责任；6. 每位参赛者仅限提供一份参赛作品；7. 所有参赛作品必须通过电子邮

18、: 1st July 2012 to 5th August 2012 All entries should be submitted in this phrase, among which 10 will be selected for the final round contest. The list of those selected will be sent to all participants via email. Phrase two10th August 2012 to 25th August 2012 The 10 selected entries in phrase one

19、should be improved based on MOCA requiement. MOCA will provide 800RMB for each participants in this round. And the final winner will be one of them. 比赛分两个阶段 第一阶段：2012年7月1日至2012年8月5日 提交设计作品，在这些设计作品中确定10名入围选手，最终入围选手名单会以电子邮件的形式发给所有参赛者；第二阶段：2012年8月10日至2012年8月25日 造型设计细化阶段，10名入围选手根据MOCA要求细化完善自己的设计，这一阶段MOC

Participants all agree that MOCA will have the full rights to register the design and produce it commercially.
