1、-作者xxxx-日期xxxxLM339中文资料【精品文档】针对现有动镜扫描傅里叶变换光谱仪速度慢、抗震性能差,以及静态傅里叶变换光谱仪光谱分辨率低、光谱范围窄的缺点,借鉴弹光调制固有的高速、高灵敏度、宽光谱范围及抗震等优点,项目组提出采用虚拟堆砌弹光干涉具作为傅里叶变换光谱仪的核心部件,研制高性能光谱仪。为此,研究虚拟堆砌弹光干涉具的理论及设计方法、相位非均匀采样干涉信号的处理算法及其高速实现,建立虚拟堆砌弹光调制的特殊驻波形成理论与阵列驱动控制理论,其关键问题是在虚拟堆砌弹光干涉具中,实现横向激励所产生的轴向多节驻波的彼此同相以提高光谱分辨率。所研制的弹光调制高性能傅里叶变换光谱仪具有高速、
