22、译工作中难度最大的一种,主要是因为比交替翻译更加省时,目前正成为国际性大会中流行的翻译方式.当前,世界上95的国际会议采用的都是同声传译的方式. Interpretation Skills Practice2，对同传译员的要求：a,母语和外语语言的基本都要功好。b,反应迅速，记忆力强，对语篇的分析力强，表达能力好。c,具有广阔的知识面，培养成一个博学多才的杂家。d,心理素质要好，能镇定自若地处理突发状况。e,同传译员在工作时精神高度集中，劳动强度非常大，所以要求身体素质必须要好。Interpretation Skills Practice3，同声传译的基本技巧a ,意译 :同声传译即听即译的特

23、点，迫使译员不得不“一心二用”，使译员在翻译过程中难以做到“形”“意”两全。此外，译员在同步传译时迫于时间压力，也无法对目标语的表达形式斟词酌句一番。在“形”“意”难以两全的情况下，译员应采用意译的方法，以简洁的语言迅速将来源语所包含的概念和命题传达给听众。 b,顺译 :顺译是指一种顺着来源语的词序，按部就班地选择目标语的对应词进行传译的方法。这里所讲的顺译仅限于顺结构、顺词序的传译，不包括词词对应的顺译。汉语和英语的基本句子结构均为“主动宾”结构，限定词（如数词和所有格代词）和形容词一般也都出现在名词前面，这为英汉顺译或汉英顺译提供了必要的条件。 Interpretation Skills

24、Practice3，同声传译的基本技巧c,断句 ：断句是指译员在同声传译过程中及时、适时截断来源语的长句，并按照目标语的表达习惯，将所听到的信息分解成短句，或重组成联句，然后传译过去。 d,添词与减词：由于中文与英文是两个语系，所以很多语言都是不对应的。在翻译时可适当添加主语，宾语等成分，甚至重复同一单词或词组，使句子更加完整。反之，如果句子过于累赘，或前后两个词表示的意思相同，可以考虑剪掉一些词，使句子更完整。e,笔记：同声传译中，译员并不经常做笔记，但数字和专有名词还是应当记录的。数字是最难记忆的信息之一；而专有名词，如地名，人名，组织名称等，可能是译员不熟悉的，这些都要用笔记下来。Int

25、erpretation Skills Practice4，同声传译的练习方法：对于同声传译的训练一般分为记忆力训练，交替口译，视译，同声传译几个步骤。同声传译的练习又分为以下几个环节：1）在听母语讲话的同时用母语进行复述。2）在听外语讲话的同时用外语进行复述。3）在听母语或外语讲话的同时倒背数字，在一段讲话结束时将听到的部分复述出来。这种练习可以培养学生同时做两件事的能力。4）在听一段对话的同时，将源语翻译为目的语。Supplementary Exercise 1 (E-C)squarely:公正地empowerment:授权；许可NGOs: non-government organizati
