Party A shall buy overseas person accident injury insurance for Party B . When the validity of insurance term
8、s and conditions occurs, Party A own the beneficial right of insured amount and dispose right of the insurance money ,the insurance money is used for personal accident and aftermath treatment and compensation. 4、乙方在国外期间发生工伤事故或非个人原因患上工作所在国的地方性疾病时,甲方承担乙方治疗费用;若经医院鉴定需回国治疗的,甲方将负责安排乙方回国,并按照国家工伤保险条例的相关规定承担
9、相关费用。因违反外事纪律和甲方国外项目部的各项规章制度而造成伤亡事件的,乙方应自行承担全部责任,不得向甲方主张权利。4. 11、pen due to the violation of disciplines related to foreign affairs, and Party As overseas projects department rules and regulations ,Party B shall take full responsibility, shall not claim to Party B. 5、在执行本协议期间,若因不可抗力(如战争、瘟疫、内乱、经济危机、政策变化、自然灾害等)和其他意外事件发生导致协议中止,甲方须负责及时安排乙方安全回国。5.
