2、,为临床合理使用抗生素提供实验依据。方法 对319例泌尿生殖道患者进行解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)培养和药敏试验。结果 319例泌尿生殖道感染患者检出支原体感染114例,占35.74%:其中解脲脲原体69例,占60.53%(69/114);解脲脲原体合并人型支原体37例,占32.45%(37/114);人型支原体8例,占7.02%(8/114)。药物敏感性排序, 排在前4 位的抗生素为: 美满霉素( 95.61%)、交沙霉素( 90.35 %) 、强力霉素(88.60%) 、四环素(86.64%);耐药率排在前四位依次为环丙沙星( 32.46%)、罗红霉素( 57.02 %) 、氧氟
3、沙星(57.02%) 、红霉素(57.02%)。结论 泌尿生殖道支原体感染以解脲脲原体为主,解脲脲原体合并人型支原体感染次之,单独人型支原体感染较少。药敏试验表明,支原体对常用抗生素已产生较高耐药性,提示临床要积极开展泌尿生殖道的支原体培养及药敏试验, 规范治疗,合理使用抗生素。【关键词】解脲脲原体、人型支原体、泌尿生殖道感染、药敏试验319 urology grow an original body of a development and medicine quick result analyticalHU Xue-mei1 (Sichuan dazhou city tongchuan a
