45、展的一个崭新高度，既迎合了世界各国文化发展上流，也成为中国文化产业发展的必然趋势。一、对发展文化产业的再认识从社会观念看， 目前， 文化作为一种新兴产业还未扎根。有些人把发展文化产业看成是文化部门的事， 与已无关； 有些人将文化看成是思想政治和消遣娱乐工具，没有全面深刻地认识文化事业的性质、 地位和对发展经济所起的重要作用，没有用经济的办法、 产业的方式、遵循文艺发展的规律来兴办文化产业。对此，笔者认为有必要对发展文化产业进行再认识。1、文化产业及含义从 20 世纪 50 年代以后， 第三次科技革命随着第二次世界大战后经济的复苏开始了， 即发展以信息技术为核心的智能生产力时期，标志着文化与经济
