11、，抵御各种传染病的能力较弱，是多种传染病的好发年龄，一旦发生，极易传播和流行，并可扩大到家庭和社会。必须高度戒备地重视传染病的预防和控制。为有力地保障我校师生身体健康和生命安全，促进学校发展，维护学校稳定，将常见传染病预防控措施工作依法纳入科学、规范、有序的轨道，形成工作常规，根据国家法律法规及相关文件精神的要求，特制订我校“传染病”防控措施及应急预案，确保一旦发现疫情，及时采取坚决措施，控制传染病，阻断传播途径，坚决防止疫情传播及蔓延。一、健全领导机构，加强统一领导1、成立防控应急领导小组组 长：李秀顺副组长：夏立杰 鄂淑波成 员：后勤人员及各班主任 2、职责：（1）负责领导、协调、组织传染

12、病预防控制工作，提供必要的预防经费和物资保障。（2）负责传染病防控工作的组织开展、检查督促、资料收集与归档等工作。二、遵循预防为主，狠抓措施落实1、做好传染病防治宣传工作，增强师生卫生防疫意识和自我保护能力，由负责。（1）通过多种形式对学生进行预防传染病知识的宣传教育，出好宣传专栏。（2）利用健康教育课，开展好以预防传染病为重点的健康知识教育。2、印发相关宣传资料，供全校师生传阅学习，增加预防常识，由负责。3、搞好环境卫生，做好环境消毒工作，由后勤人员负责。4、加强饮食、饮水卫生管理，严防食物中毒和传染病发生。按照食品卫生法、学校食堂与学生集体用餐管理规定等有关法规要求，切实加强学校食堂和服务

13、部管理，严格购物登记、试尝留样、餐具消毒、从业人员健康体检制度。5、有计划地做好师生健康体检和常见传染病的预防接种工作，由负责。6、教育学生养成良好的个人卫生习惯，不与传染病人接触，生病及时就医；教育学生坚持锻炼，增强对疾病的抵抗能力，由负责。7、积极争取相关部门的支持，共同做好学校周边不符合食品卫生要求的饮食摊点的整治，消除引发学校传染病的隐患，由李泽江负责。8、加强门卫管理，切断外来传染病源，由丁玉荣负责。9、做好预防常见病的必要药品、消毒药品及器械等物资储备、车辆准备等，由后勤人员负责。三、坚持晨检制度，畅通报告渠道。1、班主任要按照要求，坚持对学生每日晨检，把预防常见传染病工作真正落到

14、实处。对因病请假在家的学生要通过电话等方式询问病情；在校生病的学生要及时送医务室诊治，对需送医院进一步诊治的学生要及时通知家长陪同前往（对暂时无法通知家长的学生由班主任陪同前往），发现传染病患者及时报告校医。2、食堂管理人员要坚持对饮食从业人员每日晨检，发现传染病患者，立即停止上岗，并及时报告学校后勤处。3、师生生病被诊断为传染病或疑似传染病，要及时主动报告学校传染病预防工作小组。4、卫生室要坚持就诊登记制度，健全常见传染病监控信息表册，做到发现疫情能快速、准确的向学校领导小组报告。四、应急处理预案：一旦学校发现传染性疾病后应采取的措施：1、我校学生或教职工一旦出现甲流、风疹、流脑、麻疹、流感

15、等传染性疾病，应及时就医并向学校请假，不得带病上学、上班。经医院诊断排除传染病后才能回校上课、上班。（各学部负责）2、学生或教职工在校内出现传染病，应在领导小组成员的统一安排下，要求传染病者立即戴防护口罩、手套，到学校隔离室（现在学校卫生室）休息，并由学校卫生员立即通知传染病医院，需转医院治疗的立即转传染病医院。学生出现传染病症状的班主任立即通知其家长，由家长陪同去医院，家长不能到校的，由班主任老师护送去医院（护送人员都要穿好防护服，戴口罩、手套）。如果是本校教职工出现传染病，也要求戴防护口罩、手套，由医生初步检查后，是传染病立即转市传染病医院并通知其家属，家属不能到校的由学校派人护送去医院（

16、护送人员都要穿好防护服，戴口罩、手套），由李玲负责。3、在校内发现传染病的学生或教职工，学校应急小组相关人员立即亲临现场指挥，在第一时间内利用学校隔离室进行隔离观察，并由学校卫生员马上打“120”电话，送医院诊治，由李玲负责。4、学校立即对传染病病人所在班级教室或办公室及所涉及的公共场所进行消毒，对与传染病人密切接触的学生、教职工进行隔离观察。防止疫情扩散，迅速切断感染源，由李玲负责。5、传染病人在医院接受治疗时，禁止任何同学、同事前往探望。6、学校师生员工中发现传染病人，立即上报。7、如传染病感染人员多，请示教育局和卫生防疫部门，决定是否实行全校停课。并采取一切有效措施，迅速控制传染源，切断

17、传染途径，保护易感人群，具体做到：封锁疫点。立即封锁患者所在班级或所在办公室，暂停学校一切活动。停止校内人员相互往来和与外界往来，等待卫生部门和教育局的处理意见。疫点消毒。对学校所有场所进行彻底消毒。此项消毒可请防疫站操作，消毒结束后进行通风换气。疫情调查。学校密切配合疾控中心进行流行病学调查，对传染病人到过的场所、接触过的人员，以及患者的家庭成员、邻居同事、同学进行随访，并采取必要的隔离观察措施。8、学校发现传染病人后，迅速向全体师生公布病情感染源及其采取的防护措施，让广大师生了解情况，安定人心，维护学校稳定，树立战胜传染病的信念。 5 / 5肾血流量丰富，占心输出量的1/4，血流量的改变容
