11、l传染病预防应急预案 根据有关部门的要求，为了加强学校传染病预防工作，提高学校的应急速度，保证应急工作的高效，有序开展，确保疫情发生后能够统一指挥，有条不紊地做好全校师生的预防措施，使损失降低到最低限度，特制定本预案。一、适用范围：传染性疾病。 二、成立“传染病”预防领导小组 组 长：校长 副组长： 副校长 组 员：处室主任、副主任、团委书记各班班主任三、职责分工组 长：负责全校突发公共卫生事件的各项工作。副组长： 协助校长做好突发公共卫生事件的各项工作成 员： 负责突发事件中的预防、报告、应急处理等各项工作：负责开展突发事件应急知识的宣传教育，协助做好突发事件中的预防、报告、应急处理等各项工

12、作。：负责对突发事件中的预防、报告、应急处理等各项工作的监督检查工作。 四、预防：（一）对广大教师、学生加强各种传染病预防及自救知识的宣传教育。（二）学校负责组织教师对校园内进行卫生扫除，进行彻底消毒；加强对广大学生、教师身体健康状况的监控，凡有异常情况的，马上送医院就诊。（三）加强校园卫生管理。学校要定期进行卫生大扫除，对教室、食堂、图书室、会议室等场所保持通风换气，搞好宿舍、食堂等处环境卫生，同时要加强消毒工作，定期对公共设施和用具进行消毒，消毒时间是学生离校后，要不留死角，确保有效。（四）加强入校管理，实行校外人员来访登记制度。（五）抓好个人卫生和饮食卫生：1、食堂卫生：1）每天对炊具蒸

13、煮消毒，30分钟以上。2）炊管人员必须穿工作服，戴口罩，讲究个人卫生，并做到持证上岗。3）每天进行卫生扫除，保证食堂内无蚊蝇、无鼠洞清洁卫生，保持厨房内通风，无垃圾。4）生熟面、菜板、刀具分开使用，所有炊具按规定摆放，并遮盖或入橱入柜。5）要求学生不在外吃早点，不带零食，不买小摊小贩的食品。6）伙房采购必须做到“定点采购所要三证”，不买变质过期及处理食品，肉禽类食品加工过程中做到生熟分开、高温煮熟，不准制售冷荤食品。7）不许食用剩菜剩饭，严格执行定餐制度。8）米、面、蔬菜、调料摆放要符合要求。9）橱柜内要干净整洁，摆放有序。2、厕所卫生：每天清扫消毒（药物消毒或石灰消毒），保持清洁，没有蝇蛆。

14、3、个人卫生：勤洗手、勤洗澡、勤换衣服，杜绝十大陋习。（六）加强对学生的课间管理，不聚集，不拥挤，不亲密接触，并组织学生积极参加体育活动。（七）对近期外出的各类人员进行重点健康监测，必须由相关医院证明方可返校，班主任要深入学生中间，了解在寒假期间的活动情况，对身体不适者及时处理，采取相应措施。（八）培训人员。校医坚持对各校相关人员进行培训，保持警惕，掌握紧急处置方法，保证遇有异常情况，能够按工作规程及时、妥当处置。（九）配备隔离室，严格遵守早预防、早发现、早隔离、早治疗的“防控”方针，一旦出现异常情况要采取果断措施，并及时上报。五、制订并落实防治传染病措施。 1、成立应急小分队，给每位应急小分

15、队成员配备必要的防护用品，如防病毒口罩、手套等，要求小分队成员随时保持通讯畅通，随时处理突发状况。 小分队成员： 2、实行严格的报告制度，学校在特殊时期对师生员工每天都要作力所能及的身体健康状况检测，务必做到早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗。 3、对公共场所定期进行消毒。 4、广泛开展爱国卫生运动。 5、加强体育锻炼，提高免疫力。6、在特殊时期，严格控制外来人员来校和本校学生外出，远离病源。7、对突发公共卫生事件，若疑似传染病例，立即实施隔离，并及时上报疫情。六、发生传染性疾病时：1、发现传染病疑似病人，班主任或任课老师要立即请校医实施隔离。同时，立即向德育处、办公室及学校领导报告。 2、学生或

16、教职工一旦出现流感、非典、风疹、流脑、麻疹、肝炎、严重皮肤病等传染性疾病时，应及时就医并向学校请假，不得带病上学、上班。经医院诊断排除传染病后才能回校上课、上班。3、学生或教职工在校内出现传染病，在学校的统一安排下，要求传染病者立即戴防护口罩、手套，进行隔离室休息。学生出现传染病症状，要立即送往指定医院进行诊断治疗，及时通知其家长，前往指定医院按照要求监护管理学生。如果教职工出现传染病，也立即到指定医院进行诊断治疗，防止疫情扩散。 4、出现疫情，学校领导亲临现场指挥，落实具体工作措施，加强预控工作。 5、学校对传染病病人所在班级教室或办公室及所涉及的公共场所进行消毒，对与传染病人密切接触的学生

17、、教职工进行隔离观察。防止疫情扩散，迅速切断感染源。 6、传染病人在医院接受治疗时，禁止任何同学、同事前往探望。 7、学校师生员工中发现传染病人，立即上报。 8、如传染病烈性感染，并采取一切有效措施，迅速控制传染源，切断传染途径，保护易感人群。具体做到： 封锁疫点。立即封锁患者所在班级或所在办公室，暂停学校一切活动。停止校内人员相互往来和与外界往来，等待卫生部门和胜利教育管理中心的处理意见。 疫点消毒。对学校所有场所进行彻底消毒。 疫情调查。学校密切配合疾控中心进行流行病调查，对传染病人到过的场所、接触过的人员，以及患者的家庭成员、邻居同事、同学进行随访，并采取必要的隔离观察措施。 9、学校领

18、导发现传染病人后，迅速向全体师生公布病情感染源及其采取的防护措施，让广大师生了解情况，安定人心，维护学校稳定，树立战胜传染病的信念。10、注意事项： （1）一旦发生疫情，学校各班级应该根据具体情况向学校校长申请变动教学时间，待批准后及时调整工作时间、工作内容。 （2）为防止传染病病毒的传播，学校将按照有关要求，停办或延办大型集会等活动。 （3）学校传染病防控工作领导小组将根据疫情发展情况请示上级，做出是否停课、局部停课、全部停课的决定。 （4）正确做好舆论宣传引导工作，做到信息准确、公开、透明，确保校园稳定。 （5）一旦发现疑似病人或传染病病例，学校要在执行正常上报制度的同时，随时发现随时报告
