1、Infineon TLD5098汽车内外LED照明解决方案Infineon公司的TLD5098是内置了保护特性的LED升压控制器,可以调节恒定LED电流,以保证LED色彩精度和有较长寿命.器件具有多种配置如升压,降压,降-升压,SPEIC和反激等.输入电压从到45V,开关频率从100 kHz到500 kHz,具有多种保护功能,主要用在汽车内外照明.本文介绍了TLD5098主要特性,框图,多种配置下的应用电路和相应的材料清单,以及LITIX Power TLD5098EL应用板主要特性,电路图和材料清单.The TLD5098EL is a LED boost controller with b

2、uilt in protection features. The main function of this device is to regulatea constant LED current. The constant current regulation is especially beneficial for LED color accuracy and longer lifetime.The controller concept of the TLD5098EL allows multiple configurations such as Boost, Buck, Buck-Boo

3、st, SEPIC andFlyback by simply adjusting the external components. The TLD5098EL offers the most flexible dimming options. Dimmingcan be achieved with analog or PWM input.The switching frequency is adjustable in the range of 100 kHz to 500 kHz andcan be synchronized to an external clock source. The T

4、LD5098EL features an enable function reducing the shut-downcurrent consumption to Iq_OFF 10 A. The current mode regulation scheme of this device provides a stable regulationloop maintained by small external compensation components. The integrated soft start feature limits the current peak aswell as

5、voltage overshoot at start-up.
