4、 professional HSE, management and drilling performance etc.在HSE、管理和作业表现等方面，起好带头作用。4) To be responsible for rig overall management, including the management of Chinese or overseas personnel management (such as: on-duty and off-duty rotation plan, promotion and demotion or dismiss), HSE, equipment and

5、 down-hole engineering and etc.负责井队的全面管理，包括：中国和海外员工的管理（比如倒班计划、员工的提拔、降级或解雇等）、HSE 、设备和井下作业。5) Coordinate the relationship among rig team, Oil Company and all third parties. Well organize rig crew to perform drilling jobs in the most efficient, safest way under the instruction of Company representative

HSE岗位作业指导卡岗位名称：平台经理 持卡人：岗位要求素质要求年龄45岁以下，具有石油钻井工程及相关专业中专及以上学历，能较熟练地进行外语口语交流，具备计算机操作能力。技能资质持有有效IADC井控、HSE培训合格证。工作经历有6年以上钻井现场工作实践经验， 其中从事钻井现场管理工作（钻井队长、副队长、带班队长或现场工程师）3年以上。岗位职责对上向谁负责向钻机管理分公司、所在海外项目部负责。对下负责什么
