1、Module 6 Around town一、 教学内容:Unit 1 Could you tell me how to get to the National Stadium?二、 课型:Listening and speaking三、 学情分析学生在学习本课之前,已经基本阅读过课文,并能掌握本课的生词,完成预习任务。但七年级的学生,英语基础知识和听说能力普遍较差,大部分学生虽然在小学接触过英语,但应用能力十分薄弱,所以本课设计了大量的学生活动,以学生为主体,提高学生转化知识应用的能力。同时,面对学生掌握英语的程度不一,将采用分层教学与整体教学相结合的方式完成教学任务,努力提高他们英语水平四、
2、 教学目标: 1、能够正确使用下列单词和词组: bank, museum, along, across, cross, opposite, tourist, excuse, excuse me, street, turn, third, guidebook, bookshop, right, Why not? could, underground, take2、能够读懂表示问路和指路的交际用语。3、能听懂有关问路、指路的简短对话。4、能用英语表达问路和指路。五、 教学重难点:1、能够读懂表示问路和指路的交际用语。2、能够正确使用下列句子进行问、答:Can you tell me the way

6、.1.Show some pictures of the places (bank, bookshop, museum, street etc.) to get the students to say out the new words.2.Ask the students to read the new words together.3.Ask the Ss to number the places from the box with the pictures. Then play the tape.(Activity 1)1.See the pictures say out the new
7、 words and some sentences.e.g. There is a bank next to the bookshop. The bookshop is next to the bank.2. Read the new words together.3.
