1、-一般过去时一、一般过去时的定义1. 表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态,常和表示过去的时间状语连用,如:yesterday, last night, in 1990, two days ago 等;I was at the zoo yesterday. I went to bed at eleven last night.2. 表示过去经常或反复发生的动作,常和表示频度的时间状语连用。 When I was a child, I often played football in the street. My father often drove to work last year.二、一
2、般过去时的构成1. 在表示某个时间里存在的状态主语+be的过去式(was, were)+其它。Be的过去式的用法: was用于我(I)、他(he)、她(she) 、它(it),复数(we, you, they)全部都用were. I was at home yesterday.We were in the gym just now.2. 在表示过去某个时间里发生的动作主语+动词的过去式+其它。三、动词过去式变化规则:1. 一般在动词末尾加-ed, 如:wash _ play _2. 结尾是e加d, 如:dance danced love _ live _ 3. 以“辅音字母+y”结尾的,变y为

4、averunranputputspeakspokegetgotsingsang四、一般过去时态的“三变”技巧一变:肯定句变为否定句【技巧1】当句中含有情态动词或助动词could,would,等时,可直接在其后面加not构成否定句。例如:I could get you a book. I could not / couldnt get you a book.【技巧2】当句中含有系动词was,were 时,可直接在其后加not构成否定句。例如: I wasat homewhen you called me. I was not / wasntat homewhen you called me.【技
5、巧3】当句中谓语是除情态动词、助动词、系动词was, were以外的动词时,在该动词之前加did not / didnt,动词还原,构成否定句。例如: Thesinger sang some Chinese songs. Thesinger did not / didnt sing any Chinese songs.二变:陈述句变为一般疑问句【技巧1】移动词语的位置。将was,were, could,would,should等移到句首。例如: He couldreadit. Could he read it ?【技巧2】添加助动词did。谓语是除情态动词、助动词、系动词was, were以外
6、的动词时,在主语之前加did,动词还原。例如: Miss Zhang lookedvery old. Did Miss Zhang look very old?三变:陈述句变为特殊疑问句【技巧1】确定疑问词:人who / whom,物what,地点where,时间when / what time,原因why,频率how often,长度how long,距离how far等等。例如: They gave the mooncake last night. When did they givethe mooncake?【技巧2】辨认结构形式:疑问词+情态动词/助动词/ was / were / d
7、id +主语+.? 例如: He played basketball at schoolyesterday.
