6、out.2乙方如对办公室进展装修时，不得擅自变更办公室内的电源、通讯等线路和空调、喷淋等各种管路的原有走向，如确因运用电脑或其它办公设备而需增加电源插座时，应在装修方案中列明，获允许前方可施工，施工完毕后由甲方查验。如有损坏，除负责修复外，还应对造成的后果担当全部责任。PartyBshallnotchangethepowersupplyandcommunicationlines,pipelinesforair-conditionerandsprinklerwithoutpermissionofPartyAduringdecoration.However,ifsomeadditionalpowe

7、routletsforcomputersandotherofficeequipmentwillreallybeinstalled,theyshouldbelistedintheofficedecorationscheme,andonlywithPartyAspermissioncanthedecorationbecarriedout,whichmustbecheckedbyPartyAafterthecompletionofthedecoration.Ifanydamageoccurstothosefacilities,PartyBshouldrepairthefacilitiesatitsowncostandberesponsibleforanyconsequenceofthesedamages. 3 / 3
