1、-基于信息系统的弹道修正弹研究 作者: 吴劢 摘要:精确打击弹药在现代战争中发挥越来越重要的作用。1999年科索沃战争,1991年海湾战争,使用精确打击弹药的比例由9上升为35;2001年阿富汗战争,使用的精确打击弹药达到60;2003年伊拉克战争,使用的精确打击弹药达到 68。从海湾战争、科索沃战争、阿富汗战争到伊拉克战争表明,没有精确打击弹药,在未来战争中无立足之地。因此,精确打击弹药具有举足轻重、不可代替的地位,成为武器装备发展的主流。常规武器和精确制导武器都因无法在成本与精度之间取得均衡而受到限制。低成本制导弹药以其成本低廉、对点目标命中概率高、作战效费比高等特点在提高现有武器系统作战
2、效能方面有着显著的优势,将会成为武器弹药系统未来主要的发展趋势,而弹道修正技术的发展正是实现此目标的有力保障和基础。全方位、自主型、发射后不管的弹道修正弹药是弹道修正弹药的理想目标。从长远看,高附加值的地面空间定位雷达全程参与的弹道修正不可取。因为它附加的设备价值太高,不利于大量 装备,而且机动性和生存能力都大大降低。而GPS是由美国国防部控制、为其全球战略服务的,为了防止和限制其它国家将 GPS 系统用于军事目的,美国采用了许多军事和技术上的限制措施,如关闭局部地区的G PS服务、对指定地区实施高强度的信号干扰、发射各种平台的G P S干扰机、将民用与军用导航分开等等。可以看出,由于美国依靠
