1、How to polish(润色) an article,Learning aims:,To get the knowledge of the structure of “letter for suggestions”; To learn to polish an article by using some advanced sentence structures;,Step 1: Leading in,一、建议信的基本结构： 1.开头开门见山，向对方陈述自己的观点。 先阐述提出建议的原因、理由以及自己的目的、想法。 2.主体提出自己的建议，并陈述提出该建议的理由。 建议的具体内容。围绕对方的

2、困惑、烦恼等问题，委婉地提出自己的建议和方法。 3.结尾呼应开头，重申观点。 表示希望对方采纳建议、礼貌地总结或期盼回复。,二、写建议信要注意的问题。,1. 内容要完整：先判断作文的背景说明部分需不需要写，还要有结尾段； 2. 语言要礼貌中肯，避免命令式语言； 3. 写作句式要多变，多用高级句式和表达； 4. 文章要有逻辑，要用衔接词连接句子。,Step 2: Self-learning (8 minutes),Finish the following exercise according to the requirements. 请写出你在给别人提建议时常用到的表达：,Step 3: Fee
