10、n, also can save human, material and financial resources, preliminary design and reasonable arrangement for the facing problems and the solutions in the development of software.1.1 编写目的 Writing Purpose 通过我们进行的市场调查以及网上调查，发现随着社会的进步，生活水平的提高，人们的健身意识越来越强，健身房作为专业的健身服务行业，越来越受到人们的欢迎。有需求就会有市场，在人们这种需求下，健身房已经成

11、为锻炼健身不可或缺的场所。目前，好多健身企业都在扩展连锁经营，而连锁经营的特点就是经营分散，管理统一，信息共享。而目前的健身房管理模式在这种经营体系中显现出很多局限性，比如人工操作随意性大、信息流通环节多、响应速度慢等等，造成人力物力的浪费。在信息化的现代社会，就迫切需要一个更为完整的健身房管理系统，方便操作，方便信息的交流。针对目前健身房情况，为他们提供一款全自动电脑管理软件，以提高员工工作效率，更好的对客户进行管理，降低管理成本，旋木组健身房管理系统，根据其日常工作流程设计，利用先进的技术和现代化的管理思想，满足健身房经营过程中的各种管理需求。Through the market rese

But the present management m

In the information modern society, it urgently need a more complete gym management system, convenie

25、系统软件。综合各方面因素，没有必要购买市场上价位较高的高端软件，即使这些软件的功能已相当完善。而那些大型软件一方面好多功能冗余，只是摆设，并不能实际的为大型健身馆及小型健身房所用，另一方面好多功能都很欠缺，主要是对于会员与馆长的管理做得都不完善，有的根本不包含这部分内容，而这些信息却是很重要的，有利于管理人员从各方面对健身房状况进行分析管理，又有利于会员查询自己的个人信息和消费信息。为了提高健身房对会员管理的工作效率，减少手工操作的工序，实现对健身房会员和器材各项管理的信息化，满足会员对个人消费信息的及时了解，开发一个健身房会员以器材信息管理系统，是符合市场发展需要的。健身房信息管理系统就是针

26、对以上缺点设计的，而且在这个信息化时代，人们渐渐开始关注自己的身体健康，不费多大功夫就可以完全了解该套管理系统的使用，这样便可以帮助健身房管理人员从繁琐的重复性统计中解脱出来，提高整个健身房的工作效率。根据以上内容，列出以下几点：（1）功能要求：为健身房信息管理提供一个平台界面，方便管理，如，会员信息管理、信息反馈、会员消费、综合查询、系统管理、健身房管理者信息管理、帮助。 a）健身房管理：器材管理、会员与非会员管理、器材信息损坏预警、会员会费信息发布、信息管理。 b）综合查询：法律法规、健身百科、系统的健身方案、友情提示。 c）健身房信息管理：经营者姓名、注册号、经营范围及方式等。 d）会员

27、系统管理：注册、登陆、忘记密码。（2）性能要求：方便数据的录入与修改，使浏览速度大大提高。最主要的是实现网络化，能够让会员及时了解个人消费信息。（3）系统的输入：各会员的信息及所有会员的信息以及新会员的录入。（4）系统的输出：查询结果和各类报表。（5）数据安全和保密：用户进入系统需要密码，一般用户没有权限进入管理功能接触涉及商业机密的数据，仅可进行查询操作，只有会员才有此权限，因此安全保密性比较高。会员个人信息都无差错地存储在系统中。而且此平台适应于大多操作系统。（6）完成期限：预计3个月内完成软件开发。Survey not yet widely used management informa
