1、-减速分配箱箱体零件毕业设计说明书-第 30 页 摘 要 近年随着钢铁,汽车,家电行业的发展,对钢板要求越来越高。由于种种原因轧后钢材必须经过矫正,才能消除制品的弯曲和扭拧,波浪弯和瓢曲等缺陷以达到国家规定的质量标准。所以矫正机在轧钢机械中有着举足轻重的地位。由于施加钢材反向弯曲或拉伸的方式不同及结构上的不同而有不同类型的矫直机,所以矫直钢材所需的矫直机的种类有很多种,驱动矫直机的减速分配箱也有各种各样的传动方式。因此,需根据矫直机的要求设计专门的传动分配箱。本文的设计方案是:由一个电动机驱动的,经过一级减速的,通过五个小齿轮进行分配的整体减速分配箱。由于圆柱齿轮减速机的制造和安装较为简单,因
2、此在矫直机主传动系统中得到广泛的应用。将该矫直机的减速分配箱,制造成联合减速机。因为将减速机和齿轮座组成一个整体,可减少传动件,且结构紧凑,能减少机列总长度,节省精整车间的空间。在整个设计中,本文对减速分配箱箱体内的各零件做了仔细的设计计算和校核,通过对箱体内各零件的合理的布置以及各部分的完善,最终设计除了满足要求的矫直机的主传动系统。 本文设计的主参数如下:选择电机为:Y系列,功率为5.5KW的Y132M2-6型电动机,其转速为nm=960r/min。减速机为一级减速,其传动比:i=3分配箱经一级分配。分配齿轮齿数为Z=21关键词:矫直机;矫直机主传动机构;减速分配箱;减速机;机架 Abst
