6、ctual situation.学习材料:商务英语教材、华融酒店简介、菜谱、教辅的旅游英语、餐旅模块英语、英文服务录像、哈尔滨风光片;组织形式:学生分成四组,一名组长。教室被模拟成餐厅,大门1号生、吧台2号生、餐桌3号生、收银台4号生,顾客5、6、7、8号生扮演。任务书:task 一:仔细阅读案例,回答案例后问题。2分钟二:每组根据实际不同情景选择不同英文服务程序。3分钟三:每组5-6 名同学扮演餐厅接待情景。要求:)根据教师制定情景涉及服务流程。)专业术语正确、清晰、流畅,表演入情入境。)在教师启发、师生互动情境下,用英语解决接待服务任务。Teaching Procedures教学内容、教学
