6、ctual situation.学习材料：商务英语教材、华融酒店简介、菜谱、教辅的旅游英语、餐旅模块英语、英文服务录像、哈尔滨风光片；组织形式：学生分成四组，一名组长。教室被模拟成餐厅，大门1号生、吧台2号生、餐桌3号生、收银台4号生，顾客5、6、7、8号生扮演。任务书：task 一：仔细阅读案例，回答案例后问题。2分钟二：每组根据实际不同情景选择不同英文服务程序。3分钟三：每组5-6 名同学扮演餐厅接待情景。要求：）根据教师制定情景涉及服务流程。）专业术语正确、清晰、流畅，表演入情入境。）在教师启发、师生互动情境下，用英语解决接待服务任务。Teaching Procedures教学内容、教学

17、不上头。5).Wine 通常分为以下4类：Still wine 没有气体的酒；Sparkling wine 由气体的酒，例如，chamagne 香槟酒；Fortilled wine 掺加烈酒的酒，例如，sherry 雪梨酒，port 葡萄酒；Distilled wine 经过蒸馏的酒，例如，brandy 白兰地。5).Just a moment.相当于Wait a moment (a minute, a second)这里moment minute second都不表示具体的时间，意思是“请稍等候”。6).Im afraid:口语中常用此句型来表示委婉的拒绝、批评等，意思是“恐怕”。如：Im
