1、-大型综合楼给水排水消防系统设计_毕业设计说明书-第 55 页大型综合楼给水排水消防系统设计摘 要该建筑为大型综合楼,位于呼和浩特市中心,建筑高度为100.07米,总建筑面积约3.5万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:给水系统:本建筑地下二层至地上六层由室外市政管网直接供水,七至二十四层采用水泵、屋顶水箱和减压阀相接合的给水方式;设两条引入管,从不同的方向引入。既保障了供水安全,又节约了能耗。排水系统:本设计采用污废水分流排放体制。管材采用了具有抗震功能的排水铸铁管,为此
2、可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。消防系统:该建筑防火等级属于中危险级级,设计内容包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置,消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。走廊,办公间,电梯前室设闭式自动喷淋系统,自动扶梯旁的防火卷帘处设置水幕系统。各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设,水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。关键词:给水;排水;消火栓;自动喷淋。AbstractThis building is the large-scale comprehensi
