1、四 级 写 作,应 用 文 写 作 格 式 及 必 背 范 文 (英汉对照),应用文是指在日常生活和工作中使用的文体, 包括书信、告示、致辞等。 大学英语四六级考试委员会声明：以后的四六级考试侧重考查考生的英语实际运用能力，应用文成为考查的重点题型。 应用文文体可能是考试中较难的内容。在写作应用文时，要特别注意其写作格式和方法，掌握其特点。 本文简要列出应用文主要写作格式,并附相应范文.,书信的格式(format),书信通常分为私人信函和公务信函。 私人信函写给亲人、朋友或同学。 公务信函一般谈论或处理重要事务，可能是推荐信、求职信、求学信、邀请信、询问信、回复信、投诉信。 不同的应用文有不同

2、的格式要求， 一般来说， 书信类写作格式大致相同; 告示类写作格式基本相同。,书 信 写 作,私人信函的格式和语气比较随便; 而公务信函则正式得多. 写公务信函的开头和结尾时,要注意礼貌. 四级写作一般需从称呼写起, 根据题目要求写出正文和结尾客套语, 签名一般用 “李明”;即文章基本由以下四部分组成: 1)称呼 2)正文 3)结尾客套 4)签名,书 信 写 作,(一)称呼 (salutation) 称呼一般分为两种情况: 1. 写给机构: 1) 不认识负责人: Dear Sir or Madam, To whom It May Concern, 2) 认识负责人: Dear Mr.Presi

3、dent, Dear Mr. (Michael) Wang (使用全名或姓氏) 2. 写给个人: 1) 关系不亲密: Dear Mr. (Michael) Wang (使用全名或姓氏) 2) 关系亲密: Dear Michael(直呼其名),书 信 写 作,(二)正文(body) 正文是书信中最重要的内容, 也是得分的关键。正文部分可采用三段式。在公务信函中，首尾两段可以使用自我介绍、表示感谢、期待回信等套话。正文的第二段要写得内容充实。,书 信 写 作,(三)结尾客套(ending) 结尾客套是表示礼节的套语,第一个字母条大写, 后面要加逗号. 可通用 “Yours sincerely,”.

4、 (四)签名(Signature) 书信类应用文最后一部分是签名, 一般用 “Li Ming”, 切勿写上自己的真实姓名。,告 示 的 写 作 格 式,告示类应用文写法各不相同， 但大致也有统一的格式和要求，一般要求下列格式： 1)标题 2)日期 3)正文 4)署名,告 示 的 写 作 格 式,(一)标题 (Title) 书信类应用文不用写标题, 但告示类应用文必须写标题. 标题需要说明告示的主旨,一般为词组性短语, 实词第一个字母要大写, 虚词第一个字母要小写. (二) 日期 (Date) 书信类应用文不要求写日期, 但告示类一般需注明日期, 写在标题下一行的右下方, 右端与右边线对齐,常见
