11、变更。 1. 在租赁期间，甲方如将出租仪器所有权转移给第三方，应通知乙方，征求乙方同意后可用相同性能的仪器代替出租，但甲、乙双方应对价格进行再次确认并订立新的合同。 2. 在租赁期间，乙方可随时终止租赁，缴纳的租金以实际使用时间所属期间支付给甲方; 3. 乙方享有仪器的使用权，但不得转让或作为财产抵押，未经甲方同意亦不得在设备上增加或拆除任何部件。 第六条 违约责任： 1、 甲乙双方一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。在履行义务或者采取补救措施后，对方还有其他损失的，应当赔偿损失。 2、 甲乙双方一方明确表示或者以自己的行为表明

12、不履行合同义务的，对方可以在履行期限届满之前要求其承担违约责任。 3、 甲乙双方都违反合同的，应当各自承担相应的责任。 4、 甲乙双方一方因第三人的原因造成违约的，应当向对方承担违约责任。甲乙双方一方和第三人之间的纠纷，依照法律规定或者按照约定解决。 第七条 争议的解决方式：甲乙双方可协商解决或到当地仲裁机关申请仲裁，仍不能解决时可诉之于法。 第八条 本合同在规定的租赁期届满前日内，双方如愿意延长租赁期，应重新签订合同。 本合同未尽事宜，一律按中华人民共和国合同法的有关规定，经合同双方共同协商，做出补充规定，补充规定与本合同具有同等效力。 本合同一式贰份，合同双方各执一份。 甲方经办人： 乙方经办人： 委托代理人(签章)： 委托代理人(签章)： 签约地点： 签约时间： 年 月 日 签约地点 签约时间： 年 月 日
