1、浙江师范大学 硕士学位论文 中学德育管理系统的建设与应用 姓名:陶腾江 申请学位级别:硕士 专业:现代教育技术 指导教师:周跃良 20110518 中学德育管縣獅建设与 mQ37 摘要 在学校的教育工作中,党和国家一直把德育工作放在学校工作的首位,要提高中学 德育的实效就应该从德育管理入手,最大限度地提高德育管理工作效能,从而提高德育 工作效能。然而,在当今这个信息化社会,信息技术 B经开始渗透到教育的各个方面。 借助于信息技术之力如何来提高德育管理的成效,促进学生积极健康地成长,已经为广 大教育者所关注的事情。因此,本研究就从中学德育管理系统的建设与应用着手,研究 如何提高中学德育管理效能
2、本研究采用了文献法、访谈与问卷调査法、开发研究法,对如何提高中学德育管理 工作效能做了全面、细致、科学的调查和研究。并将研究结论用到开发的德育管理网站 中。本文所构建的德育管理系统的体系结构采用了 B/S结构,以 Windows Server 2003 为操作系统,以 ASP. NET 2. 0、 C#语言和 Visual Studio 2008为开发工具 , SQL Server 2005为后台数据库。具体工作包括了: 1.系统的前期规划 ; 2.需求分析; 3.进行系统建 模; 4.系统设计与开发; 5.发布系统; 6.系统投入实验学校应用; 7.问卷调査和访谈; 8.修改和完善系统 .最
3、后开发出一个行之有效的,真正提高中学德育管理工作效能的系 统。 系统实现的功能模块包括:前台管理与后台管理,前台管理分为四大块:德育信息 查询、德育排名査询、德育新闻査阅和德育报表导出。主要实现了对德育信息的快捷、 高效査询,并且可以对德育信息进行自动汇总和排版,以报表方式导出显示与打印。特 色在于凭借德育新闻栏目主要发布表彰有关的德育新闻,以达到榜样教育的目的,并且 通过德育排名栏目按任意时间段进行动态地査询德育表现特别差的学生和班级,以方便 学校德育管理层及时采取相应的德育教育措施,对学生进行更有效的教育。后台管理分 成六块:用户管理、德育管理、新闻管理、评价管理、权限管理和网站设置 9主
4、要实现 了对学生在校期间的基本信息、德育情况和教师评价的全面管理,操作起来简单又方便。 特色在于通过德育管理和教师评价的有效实施, 实现了对学生德育的过程性评价,这使 得学校的德 W工作能够更加高效地展开,并且,实现了学生和班级德育信息的电子档案 管理方式,电子档案为学校德育工作的有效开展和制定、调整教育工作方针和政策,提 供了客观的、有效的参考依据 “ 为了证实本系麵使用价值和实用性,放在了笔者所在单位浙江省温岭中学进行个 案研究,在使用巾不雜獅完靜、统,对具腿魏信息技术在德育管理巾的应用进 行实践探索,为实现 全员参与德育,精细化管理 的德育管理目标而努力,从而真正 地提高了德育管理工作的
5、效率,改 善中学德育教育的效果,建立新型的德育管理模式和 方法,进而最大限度地提高德育管理工作效能,提高德育工作效能,最大限度地发挥道 德教育的效率和效果。 本文详细錢了巾学德龍关概念 龍理 _究職、系輸毅思路、总体 框架、软件实现和系统的特色,并对系统开发中的关键环节进行了阐述。在应用研究方 面,通过了本系统的应用,对应传统的中学德育管理中存在的问题,从三个方面有侧重 地进行了研究和描述 “ 一是如何真正地提高了中学德育管理的效率。二是实现了总结性 评价和过程性评价的有效结合。三是形成了德育的电子档案。最后,总结了研究的一些 成果、创新点和不足,希望在以后的教育和教学工作中,能够不断地继续研
6、究和探索, 结合本系统的应用与完善,把学校德育工作做得更好。 关键词 :德育;德育管理;德育管理系统;建设与应用 n Construction and Application of moral education Management System ABSTRACT In the moral education at school, the party and the country have been attaching the greatest inportance to the moral education. To improve the effectiveness of moral
7、education, we should start with the moral education management to maximize the effectiveness of moral education management, enhancing the effectiveness of moral education. However, in todays informationlized society, information technology has begun to permeate all aspects of education. With the inf
8、ormation power of improving the effectiveness of moral education, and promote active and healthy growth of students, educators have been concerned for the majority of things. Therefore, this research will focus on moral education management system and its application to studying how to enhance moral
9、 education management eflfectirely. In this study, a literature review, interviews and questionnaires are adopted to study, the development of law, how to improve the management effectiveness of moral education comprehensively. And moral development of research findings is used in the management Con
10、structed in this p)er the architecture of moral education management system using the B / S structure to the operating system Windows Server 2003 to ASP.NET 2.0, C # language and Msual Studio 2008 as a development tool, SQL Server 2005 database for the background. Specific tasks are included: 1. The
11、 system of advance planning; 2. Needs analysis; 3. The system modeling; 4.System design and development; 5. Release system; 6. System was put into experimental school application; 7. Questionnaires and interviews; 8. Modify and improve the system. Finally, This research will develop an efifective, t
12、ruly improved of moral education management system. Implementation of the system function modules include: front desk management and management background. Front desk management is divided into four bleaks: moral information inquiry, moral ranked queries, Infonnation Searching and moral statements o
13、f moral export The system mainly achieve the fast searching, ranking the information, ways to export display and print the report The system is featured by a news section with major releases of moral recognition of the moral education news, in order to achieve the purpose of example education, and t
14、hrough moral position part time to check the performance of poor students and special classes. Moral education in schools is to take some timely measures for m students moral education. Back is divided into six blocks: user management, moral management, infonnation management, assessment management,
15、 rights management and site settings. Mam achievement of the back system is to control the information m the school during the basic information, moral situation and the overall management of teacher evaluation, the operation. Its feature is making a moral evaluation of students in the process throu
16、gh the moral management and the effective implementation of teacher evaluation, which makes the moral education in schools can be more efficient, and achieving the moral education of students and class infonnation, electronic records management, electronic records for the school, which provide the b
17、asis for the education policy and policy adjustments. In order to confirai the value and use of this system, the author make a case study in Wenling high school, Zhejiang Province, so that we can modify and improve the system, on the concrete realization of the management of information technology i
18、n the application of moral practice and exploration. Attempting to achieve full participation in moral education, fine management, we can really improve the efficiency of moral management, and improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary schools. The establishment of new management mode
19、ls and methods of moral education, maximumlg improve efficiency, and effectiveness of moral education. This p)er introduces the concept of moral education and moral management related research status, the systems structure, the overall frameworic, the characteristics of software and systems, and the
20、 key details of system development are described, the corresponding problems in moral education management through the application of this system, are described and studied from three aspects: First, how to really improve the moral education management efficiency. The second is to achieve a summativ
21、e evaluation and the eflFective integration of process evaluation. Third, the focus is the formation of the electronic files of moral education. Finally, some results, innovation and shortcoming of the study are concluded. We hope that with the application and improvement of the system, we can conti
22、nue to do research and make the school moral education better.
