2、物、单证英语、英语听说、英语读写、外贸谈判口语等课程。这些课程中我首先了解到国际贸易的相关法律法规、常用惯例、港口航线，及进出口中主要遇到的问题。在实训中心练习过程中掌握了解了整套业务流程及应该注意的要点，而且通过这些课程还掌握了谈判技巧、商务函电写作技巧、制作单据的技能。这些知识在我以后走向工作岗位打下了坚实的基础。二、卷宗基本内容1.业务背景撰写：出口商简介、进口商简介、2.产品基本信息：产品名称、规格、包装情况和税则说明。3.合同洽商阶段：询盘、发盘、还盘、接受函的撰写。4.合同制定阶段：外销合同、商业发票、海运提单、产地证、汇票等。5.合同履行阶段：包括主要结汇单据，如：商业发票，装箱
