(13)ForceMajeure: Thesellersshallnotbeheldresponsibleforthedelayinshipmentornon-d

4、eli-veryofthegoodsduetoForceMajeure,whichmightoccurduringtheprocessofmanufacturingorinthecourseofloadingortransit.ThesellersshalladvisetheBuyersimmediatelyoftheoccurrencementionedabovethewithinfourteendaysthereafter.TheSellersshallsendbyairmailtotheBuyersfortheiracceptancecertificateoftheaccident.Un
