3、ve to be located near a river or stream to have the potential for a flood.Flooding can be caused by large amounts of rainfall during short periods of time,overloaded storm sewers,broken water mains or improperly designed run-off areas.总经理应测定当地洪水危害程度。可从政府风险管理部门或当地其它政府部门来获得这个信息。酒店不是必须位于江河和溪流附近才会受到洪水的威

4、胁。短期内的大量降雨，雨水管道超负荷，总水管破损，或设计不当的径流面积都可能导致洪水泛滥。Preparation 预防准备As in other possible emergencies,the planning for floods should be completed in advance.与其它可能发生的紧急事件一样，防汛预案应事先完成。Before a flood occurs,the hotel should have the following equipment on hand:在洪水发生之前，酒店应备有以下设备。A supply of containers suitable

5、for drinking water(2.5kg per person per day for three days)适用于存放饮用水的容器（可供应3 天，每人每天供应2.5 公斤）Battery-operated radios with spare batteries.有备用电池的收音机。Flashlights with spare batteries.有备用电池的手电筒。Two rolls of plastic.2 卷桶状塑料布。Burlap bags suitable for sandbagging(burlap will stretch and not tear as it absor

9、sion broadcasts for flood information updates.监控广播和电视对洪水灾情的最新报道。Follow the progress of preparation within the hotel.在酒店内部开展准备阶段的工作。Determine how many employees are needed and are willing to remain at the hotel during the emergency.确定需要的员工人数以及愿意在紧急时刻留在酒店的人数。Maintain contact with senior management and

10、 the Risk Management department,and the local authorities.保持与高级管理层，风险管理部门和当地政府部门的联系。Chief Engineer:总工程师Move tools and equipment to an upper floor.工具和设备搬移到高区楼层。Use sandbags and seal all low level entrances.用沙袋封锁所有低区入口。Check emergency lighting systems.Sandbagging when possible should protect emergency

13、f drains are clear of obstructions.检查并确保所有下水道、污水泵和屋顶排水沟畅通无堵塞。Check all fuel oil supply system.检查所有用油设施在酒店停车场及设备层安装排污泵，及时排除倒灌污水。Housekeeper：行政管家Prepare for item and tool for flood prevention,for example bibulous machine,plastic cloth electric torch,gray barrel and shovel etc.准备好防汛所需的物品及工具,比如吸水机,塑料布,手

14、电筒,灰色大水桶,铁铲等.Remove the furniture from all low-level rooms and store on upper floors.将所有低区房间和仓库的家具搬至高区楼层。Relocate as many housekeeping supplies as possible to upper floors.Goods that cant be placed on upper floors should be moved to the top shelves.尽可能多地将客房部物品搬到高区楼层，不能放置在高区楼层的货物应移到顶层货架。Fill tubs and

15、 sinks on upper floors with water to be used for drinking,washing and sanitation.在高区楼层的浴缸和水槽里放满水，用于饮用，洗涤和洗漱。Cover furniture that can t be moved.根据情况，将不能移动的家具遮盖起来。Keep all staff tel.for contact when meeting flood.备存客房部所有员工的联系电话,以备防汛期能联系到所有的员工。Train staff how to protect personnel safety and hotel asse

16、t.培训员工防汛期如何保护客人及员工人身安全以及如何抢救酒店财产。Arrange staff on duty in public area and floor and keep contact with our guests.安排员工在公共区域及楼层区域值班,随时保持与客人的沟通联系。Remove all important file and office items from low-level rooms on upper floors.汛期需把部门的重要资料,办公用品搬至高的楼层。Keep candles in storeroom,considering lighting in room

19、F&B:餐饮总监Move at least a three-day supply of canned goods and other non-perishable food items to an upper floor.将至少能供应3 天的罐装食品和其它不易变坏的食品搬到高区楼层。Relocate candles,cooking utensils to a room near food.将蜡烛、烹饪用具放置在一个离食品最近的房间Clean,sterilize and fill the drinking water containers before moving them to an upp
