1、工商管理(本)-舞蹈培训机构员工绩效管理体系构建摘 摘要 我国的教化事业在近年的发展中呈现出高速发展的趋势,舞蹈培训机构如雨后春笋般出现在我国教化市场上,说明人们越来越重视综合素养的发展。同时教化培训的发展也是我国人力市场资本发展的重要补充力气,国家政策的支持说明政府也支持文化教化的发展与传承,因此,舞蹈培训机构在促进我国民族舞蹈文化的传承与发展具有支撑作用。本文主要基于绩效管理中的系统管理理论、目标管理理论和激励理论对当今舞蹈培训行业的发呈现状进行分析,并发觉问题。很多舞蹈培训机构在绩效考核方面的学问了解及运用,还有师资团队发展的管理上出现问题。在绩效考核上的认知出现偏差,缺乏完善科学合理的
2、绩效管理体系,缺少与教职员工的反馈沟通。针对这些问题,依据实际状况提出一些改进措施,在绩效管理理论学问方面对整个舞蹈培训机构团队进行系统性的培训,而后依据绩效管理理论进行管理,在实施过程中不断改进、完善,最终形成一个科学有效可行的绩效管理体系,从而促进舞蹈培训机构的可持续性发展。 关键词:舞蹈培训机构;教化培训;绩效管理Abstract In recent years, Chinas education industry has shown a trend of rapid development. Dance training institutions have mushroomed in
3、Chinas education market, indicating that people pay more and more attention to the development of comprehensive quality. At the same time, the development of education and training is also an important supplement to the development of Chinas human market capital. The support of national policies ind
4、icates that the government also supports the development and inheritance of culture and education. Therefore, dance training institutions play a supporting role in promoting the inheritance and development of Chinas national dance culture. Based on the theory of system management and the theory of t
5、arget management in performance management, this paper analyzes the current development situation of dance training industry and finds out the problems. Many dance training institutions have problems in the understanding and application of knowledge in performance appraisal, as well as in the manage

There are cognitive biases in performance appraisal, lack of a sound and scientific performance management system, and lack of feedback communication with faculty and staff.
