1、 某大型连锁超市建筑标准要求地块Land plot 地块形状：矩形或梯形Land shape: Rectangular or Trapezium. 临街面至少80米Frontage-80m(min);通道不小于80米Access80m; 深度宜为120250米Depth-120250m;地块面积宜为25000sq.m.以上site area-25000sq.m(up).柱距Column grid spacing LOTUS专用独立建筑：钢筋混凝土结构，柱网距离为10.8mx10.8m;若钢结构，柱网距离至少为10.8mx10.8m. 若Lotus店租用下层，业主在上层，单层店的柱网距离应保持在

2、10.8mx10.8m；若Lotus租用多层，柱网距离应保持在8.4x8.4m （见附件图号1)Lotus stand alone building for reinforced concrete structure, the column grid spacing should be 10.8mx10.8m; If steel structure, the column should have min 10.8mx10.8m.
