11、则: 为了健全公司的规章制度,便于管理以及员工的合理休假,并遵照国家有关劳动、人事管理政策和公司的其他有关规章制度，特制定本规定。二、假期分类及相关规定：(一)法定假期：按国家法定假期休假。(二) 事假： 1、如无充分理由，员工不得缺勤或请假，员工请假以将工作有良好的交接为前提，并扣除以上月基数计算的日工资，任何其他原因单月累计或连续超过3天的事假每人除扣发按上月基数计算的事假期内工资外，取消半年全勤奖金。2、事假超过一周者，扣发当月工资40%，取消全年全勤奖金，绩效考核指标以最低档计算。(三)病假： 1、员工因病不能上班必须治疗或休养，依公司认可的医院诊断书参考假期时限。突发急症可依附近诊所

12、诊断参考。2、病假期间从事有偿收入活动的，公司停发病假期间的全部工资。3、员工因病需到外地治疗，持转院证明，经公司领导批准可延长假期,但需要办理相关的续假手续。4、员工在聘任期间，经有关医疗部门诊断患严重或重大疾病者（如恶性肿瘤等），在参照国家有关政策的基础上，可延长假期或停薪留职一年。(四) 婚假：1、公司为工作满一年及以上的员工结婚时提供3天带薪休假。男满25周岁。女满23周岁，双方初婚的可增加不带薪晚婚假4天。重新组合的家庭，初婚一方符合晚婚条件的，可享受同样待遇。2、员工凭结婚证复印件在半年内请假有效。(五) 丧假： 员工的直系亲属（配偶、子女、父母、配偶父母）去世，公司提供三天带薪丧

13、假。旁系亲属去世，公司提供一日带薪丧假。路途远者另给假。(六)公假： 培训等因公需要请假，需要呈验有关证件，经上级主管签字批准。(七) 产假： 1、公司为工作满一年及以上的女员工提供 90天带薪产假，其中产前休假15天。难产的，增加产假15天。多胞胎生育的，每多生1个婴儿，增加产假15天。妊娠不满3个月流产（含自然流产、人工流产）的，依公司认可的医院证明，给予产后加假20天至30天；妊娠3个月以上，7个月以下流产、引产，产后加假50天。2、在公司工作年满一年的男员工因妻子产假，可享受7天带薪休假。(八)公伤假：1、员工因公伤需要休息，依公司认可的医院诊断书参考假期时限，并发放20元/天的生活费

14、。2、特别病伤假期满仍未能上班者，可办理续假手续或停薪留职手续。三、 请假手续的办理：1、请假应由本人于事前填写请假条，附交有关证明呈请核准，（电话或口头请假一律无效），请假条必须讲明请假种类、请假事由、请假时间、交接事项等，文字端正、格式正确。2、请假时间 ： 1天以内（含1天），报经部门主管同意后由主管副总经理签批；1天以上，报经由主管副总经理同意后经总经理签批。3、对于紧急或特殊情况，应委托告知部门领导，事后24小时内补办请假手续，未办理请假手续而擅自离开岗位，作旷工处理。若造成生产损失的，视情节轻重给予批评教育、书面检查、行政处分等，屡教不改者报上级部门处理。4、对于请假的内容，经查实

15、是私自捏造或与事实不符的，将视请假无效，作旷工处理。四、续假规定：1、因患重病不能如期按时，可到人事部门办理续假手续，或超假时间可作为事假处理，若不办理续假手续者，以旷工论处。2、因不可抗力或其他特殊情况不能如期返回，持有关证明可事后办理续假手续。五、销假规定：假期届满之后，应立即到部门领导或组织人事部门处销假。假期已满而不销假者按旷工论处。六、 附则：1、全体员工必须严格执行公司制定的有关请假制度的规定。2、全体员工病事假由组织人事部负责做累计、统计，作为考核主要依据，并存入档案。一年累计旷工3天（含）以上者，取消当年先进个人考评资格。一年累计旷工5天（以上）或连续旷工超过3天者，予以辞退。
