8、member of a large trading group. Compared with country B and C, Country D’s growth rate is 4% per year and inflation rate is 5%. 8%-12% is his interest rates and the unemployment rate is 12%. The government has started a big investment program for the transport system. It will take 5-10 years

9、to complete. The government encourages the privatization of industry. There are large supplies of skilled workers, but they are not used to working long hours. The interest rates are 10%-15% and the unemployment rate is 25%-30%. The country has a military government. Bribery is common. Political problems: the people in the north want to become an independent state. But the wage rate is very low.
