12、速，如果电机速度达到额定转速的70%80%，就切断启动器，以达到电机起动运转的目的。0、工作原理：机械离心开关是通过自身的离心力判定电机的转速，如果电机速度达到了额定转速的70%80%，就依靠离心力断开机械开关，以达到电机起动运转的目的。1、批量一致性好；1、自身加工误差及装配误差2、能频繁启动，大于4次/分钟；2、易产生机械疲劳；3、无振动，即使运输过程中有大的振动，也能保证电机正常启动；3、振动大，容易偏位，引起带不起负载或者使电容爆炸；4、无火花，无触点，防爆；4、触点易产生火花，容易起火及引起爆炸；5、不受任何粉尘、油、水、金属碎末等影响；5、触点处易粘附污物，影响导通；6、可靠性高；
