The Library subscribes to the following 3 sub-databases: China Listed Firms Corporate Governance Research Database (中國上市公司治理結構研究數據庫) CSMAR China Stock

2、 Market Financial Database Annual Report (中國上市公司財務年報數據庫) CSMAR China Stock Market Financial Database Financial Ratios (中國上市公司財務指標分析數據庫)1. CHOOSE DATABASE AND CATEGORY OF DATA TO BE DISPLAYED1. Select database from the pull down list 2. Category of data of the selected database will be displayed.E.g.

3、 China Stock Market Financial Database-Annual Report Select the required data/information. e.g. Balance Sheet 2. SELECT CODE/S1. Click Select code 2. Highlight the required stock codes and move them to the box on the right. After moving the codes, click OK Alternatively, prepare your own text file o

4、f codes and import 3. SELECT TIME INTERVAL the code file. Click to see further instruction and the required Selected stock codes are loaded. Select time interval for data format of the text file to be displayed 4. SELECT DATA FIELD/STick the required data field/s to be displayed. Alternatively, you

5、may set field condition/s to retrieve required data of stocks that satisfies the condition/s. Follow the steps below:1. Follow Steps 1 4 above2. Under Set field condition, select the table for choosing field/s to set condition/s on. e.g. Balance Sheet3. From the pull down list, select the data field

6、 to set the condition. E.g. Interests Receivable4. Set the required condition and click ADD. Use and, or to set more than one condition5. SELECT FILE FORMAT FOR DATA TO BE EXPORTED1. Select the file format to be exported .e.g. CSV File and click Submit. 2. A Request Report will be generated. Click o

7、n the zip file to get the requested data file.3. If you wish to receive the data file via email, enter your e-mail address on the file format selection page.6.
