2、ymajorisaccountinginDepartmentofInternationalbusinessManagement.Theundergraduateeducationgavemeawiderangeofvisionandtaughtmehowtocooperatewithothers.IdevelopedseveralprofessionalinterestsinAccounting,Finance,andInternationalTrade.Thefollowingeight-yearworkingexperienceofferedmeagoodchancetogivefullp

3、laytomycreativity,intelligenceanddiligence.In1990-1993,IworkedasanassistanttofundingmanagerinChinaNationalTechnicalImportandExportCorporation.In1993-present,IwasemployedbyChinaKingdomImportandExportCorporationtobetheMangerofFinancialandAccountingDivision.Idobelievethatwithmyhardearlylife,solideducat

4、ionalbackgroundandampleworkingexperience,IwouldbeanexcellentstudentofyouMBAprogram.MYPERSONALACCOMPLISHMENT:AftergraduatingfromUIBE,IwasemployedastheassistanttothefundingmanagerbyChinaNationalTechnicalImportandExportCorporation.Afterreadingalotofrelatedfiles,andanalyzingtheoverallfundingsituationoft

5、hecorporation,Ifoundthattheloanpolicywasnotbeenputintoeffect.SowehavethousandsofmillionsRMBloanwithveryhighinterestratewhilealargeamountofcashinbankwithverylowinterestratewasidle.Ireportedthistomysupervisor,andthenwestudiedandrevisedtheloanpolicy.ThisrevisionsavedthecorporationapproximatelyRMBthirty

6、millionsyuan.Inordertoraisethefundingeffectiveness,afteroneyearshardwork,Idevelopedtheinternalbankingsystemwithinthecorporationbasedontheactualfundingsupplyandneedofthedifferentdivisionsandprojects.Thisinternalbankingsystemmadefulluseofthecorporationfundingresources,andduetothis,Iwashighlypraisedbyt
