45、是以一定的教育教学理论为依据，以课程内容为基础，以图片、视频等为手段，以多媒体为载体，为实现一定的教学目标而采取的步骤、方法、程序。教学设计主要涉及以下几方面：教学目标、教学重难点、教学方法、教学准备（教具、学具）、课时安排、教学过程、板书设计以及教学反思。 教学设计是对课堂教学的预设，是一堂课的向导。没有良好的教学设计，就一定不会有良好的教学效果。教学设计之于课堂教学是如此的重要，其重要性笔者就不再赘述。经过多年的教育教学实践，笔者提出教学设计三原则，即层递性原则、多样性原则与相关性原则。 首先来看层递性原则。层递性原则就是要求教师在设计教学活动时，要从易到难，循序渐进，有梯度。只有遵循这样

46、的原则，绝大多数学生才能跟上教师的教学节奏，学有所得。譬如，在英语阅读教学的while-reading部分，为了加强学生对文本的理解，教师在设计questions时可以分为两个层次，即First-reading和Second-reading。在First-reading这一层次，设计的问题要尽可能的简单，让学生能够比较快地、比较容易就能够找出答案，为后面更高一级的阅读活动做铺垫。如果学生在这一步卡住了，就犹如一个热情洋溢的人被泼了一盆冷水，后续的活动是很难继续下去了。 其次是多样性原则。多样性原则就是要求教师在设计教学活动时，要注重活动形式的多样性，力求采用各种不同形式的活动来达成目标。多样性

47、原则解决了困扰教师教学的枯燥与乏味问题，使教学焕发生机，使学生迸发激情。常见的教学活动形式有individual work（独立完成），pair work（对子活动），group work（小组活动），class work（集体完成），discussion（讨论），report（报告），interview（采访），questionnaire（问卷调查），debate（辩论），retelling（复述），competition（比赛），rhyme （歌谣），等待。当然，在采用某一（或某些）活动时，不定要注意恰当性，此活动用在此能够使教学熠熠生辉，不能为了活动而活动。 最后是相关性原则。相关性原则

48、就是要求教师在设计教学活动时，要把与教学主题、教学目标不相关的材料、活动、环节统统删掉，留下与之相关的内容。相关性原则解决了教学设计的逻辑问题，使教学设计结构紧凑、环环相扣、言之有理。笔者曾经听过一节课，主题是“The History of Internet”（互联网的历史）。主讲教师在最后的部分（即Post-reading）设计的活动是辩论互联网的优缺点。学生也比较积极地参与了这一活动。应该说互联网的优缺点与教学主题“互联网的历史”有一定的相关性，因为都说到了互联网。但笔者总感觉有些牵强附会，窃以为从互联网的过去、现在、将来的思路去设计，比如谈谈互联网未来的发展，或者互联网在未来将带给人们的便利，远比辩论互联网的优缺点与教学主题更具相关性。 总之，层递性原则、多样性原则与相关性原则是统领教学设计的三原则，三者相互关联，缺一不可，共同组成了教学设计的指导原则。
