10、能用排除法将选项的逐一排除掉。B，C选项文中并没有提到。D选项，最后一段指提到如果在夏天运送一些食物，应该用冰箱冷藏，作者只说这很重要，并没有提到公司应该提高服务。(本篇典型的吓唬人型阅读，看过去文章长度比较长，词量又多，但是问题都不难，不需要特别深入的挖掘。对付这一类阅读题的方法：1.保持镇静，不要被篇幅吓倒。2.在阅读过程中将每段中心句划出，这样就很容易可以了解文章的意图。这是做说明文类的文章的技巧。3.注意解题方法。排除法，及第三题中提到的关键字都非常好用。4.注意每个正确选项都应该是从文中找的到依据的。说明类的文章比较客观，要注意，要从文中找到判断依据)Tip：阅读说明文类文章切忌逐字读，会很浪费时间，而且抓不住中心，应该重点看首位句，划出中心句，其他部分扫过就可。可以根据问题在回头找细节。4
