2、in. 我承诺不再迟到。 4.动词不定式没有人称和数的变化，在句中不能作谓语。二、形容词同级比较级的用法1.as.as意为“和一样”，表示同级的比较。第一个as为副词，第二个as为连词。as+ adj./adv. +as表示两者相比较，程度相同The old man walks as fast as a young man.这位老人走路与年轻人一样快。Science is as important as maths.自然科学与数学一样重要。This coat is as expensive as that one.这件上衣与那件一样贵。2.not as/so +adj./adv. +as表示两

3、者相比较，前者不如后者否定句的结构中部分双音节和多音节形容词，除使用“not as/so+形容词原级+as”结构外，还可以使用“less+形容词原级+than”He thinks Chinese isnt as interesting as English. =He thinks Chinese is less interesting than English.Im not as/so tall as Jack.我没有杰克高。She doesnt run as/so fast as I.她没有我跑得快。This dictionary is not as/so useful as you thi

5、y. 与某人交谈help somebody. with something. 在某方面帮助某人With somebodys help= with the help of somebody.在某人的帮助下play with. 和玩with+名词（+形容词/介词短语）表示伴随关系Tom sleeps with his mouth open.Tom张着嘴睡觉。 四、like作介词的用法：1.like作介词时意为“像（如同）一样；如般的”，后面一般都接somebody.或者something.或者是动名词（即doing something.）Its not like you to take offen

10、的用法1.作名词，意为“头脑，主意，想法”An idea came into my mind. 我想到了一个主意。作动词2.意为“当心；注意”，后跟名词或从句,也可单独使用。Mind the step! 小心台阶!3. 意为“介意；在乎”,主要用于疑问句和否定句 4. 作不及物动词。 -Do you mind if I smoke? 如果我抽烟，你介意吗？-Not at all, please. 一点也不，抽吧。5.作及物动词,后面通常接名词、代词、v-ing形式、复合结构、从句等。Would you mind my closing that door? 你介意我关上那扇门吗?6.常用短语ch

11、ange ones mind 改变主意； have in (ones) mind 在某人心里有想法；keep in mind 记住； make up ones mind 决心，决定； Would you mind doing something.?/ Would you mind not doingsomething.? 你介意（不）做某事吗？ 注意：Do (Would) you mind doing something.?这一句型通常用来表示请他人做某事,常译为“可否请你做某事”或“劳驾你做某事”,多用Would开头,用Do的情况较少。Would you mind making some r

12、oom for the patient?请你给这位病人让点儿地方出来行吗?四、success/succeed/successful的用法 1.succeed的用法 “成功”，是不及物动词，不能用于被动语态。 succeed in doing something.= do something. successfully 做成某事。 At last he succeeded in solving the problem. 最终，他成功地解决了那个问题。 2.success的用法 表示抽象意义的“成功”，是不可数的；表示具体意义的“成功的人或事”，则是可数的。 He was a great succ

13、ess in business.他事业上很成功。 3.successful的用法successful成功的；be successful in doing something.成功地做某事。 The performance was successful. 演出很成功。Were you successful in finding a new house? 你成功找到新房子了吗？五、ready/be ready for /be ready to的用法ready adj.愿意的；准备好的The dinner is ready. 晚饭准备好了。 be ready to 随时可(乐意,即将)；准备好 He is ready to join the activity. 他很乐意参加这个活动。be ready for 为做好准I must be ready for the test.我必须为考试做好准备。第 7 页 共 7 页
