1、家纺产品设计师岗位职责家纺产品设计师 太湖雪 苏州太湖雪丝绸股份有限公司,太湖雪,雪丝绸岗位职责:1、负责公司产品系列款式设计、研发、开发花型图案设计、工艺设计和配色等工作;2、与打样工厂沟通,将思路变成成品;3、收集市场流行设计信息并进行分析,提供产品开发参考;任职要求:1、服装设计、艺术设计、美术、织染等相关专业毕业,三年以上家用纺织品的设计经验 - 非常重要。2、能察觉国内外最新纺织设计潮流,独立开展产品设计。3、精通家纺产品花稿、款式、工艺设计,具有优秀的创新意识和较强的手绘功底,扎实的美术功底;较强的色彩及流行元素敏感度,想象力丰富;对家纺行业流行趋势和设计潮流有敏锐洞察力;4、熟练

10、Project experiences and very good communication- Excellent English- High passion motivation- IKEA Value match篇3:家纺生产主管工作职责与职位要求职位描述：职位职责：1.负责车间日常生产、质量、人员和设备使用管理，确保产品品质、交期；2.严格落实公司的各项规章制度，使人性化管理和制度化管理有机结合，规范生产流程和员工行为；3.组织实施车间的生产计划，根据生产计划安排、调度车间的生产作业，确保生产进度；4.合理调配人员和设备，积极协调有关部门，调整生产布局及负荷，提高生产效率；5.对生产作

11、业过程中进行监督、检查、控制，同时确保产品质量，6.全面协调车间工作，管控各环节费用，降低生产消耗，避免浪费；7.检查、规避和消除生产车间的不安全因素，对违规操作提出警告并纠正；8.监督检查生产过程中的不符合项，防止不合格品流入下道工序；9.组织建议/制定/修订管辖职责范围内的标准作业程序(SOP)；10.建立或健全现场管理，并具备精益生产知识和思想；11.有推进生产现场的5S项目的经验，且考核员工的执行情况，实施奖惩制度；12.负责协调其他相关部门，解决生产过程中发生的突发事件；13.负责做好验厂工作的日常要求；14.承担安全生产职责，管理车间基础设备的维护和人员作业安全。二、岗位要求1.专科或以上学历，有5年生产管理行业经验，有家纺行业经验优先考虑；2.熟悉精益生产类、安全生产相关法律法规类；3.谙熟生产管理，通晓生产各个流程和环节，具有成本控制、质量管理经验；4.具有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神，善于沟通，有较强责任心，踏实，勤奋，学习能力。5.工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识和职业操守；6.较强的时间管理能力和现场识别/控制能力。【家纺产品设计师岗位职责】6
