1、 毕业设计 基于S7-200PLC纸浆浓度控制系统设计摘 要 在造纸生产过程中,纸浆浓度是最重要的物理量之一,稳定地调节纸浆浓度是实现工艺目标,达到质量标准的重要环节,更有利于企业在节省生产成本的基础上提高经济效益。为此本人设计了一基于S7-200PLC的纸浆浓度控制系统,该系统自动检测纸浆浓度,并与设定值进行比较产生偏差,经过一定的控制算法输出控制进水电动阀门开度,从而调节进入浆泵的稀释水量,使输浆管内的浆料浓度发生变化,最终得到浓度稳定的浆料。 本设计方案是使用内旋式纸浆浓度变送器测量实际纸浆浓度,将浓度信号转换成4-20mA标准信号,然后通过A/D转换后反馈到控制器,与给定值进行比较,得
2、到偏差。对得到的偏差按PID算法进行计算,以此调节白水入口电动阀的开度,从而实现对纸浆浓度的调节。并利用组态软件MCGS设计人机界面,实现控制系统的实时监控。在本设计中使用的是Simens S7-200 CN,CPU型号为224XP CN,由于224XP CN自带两个模拟量输入和一个模拟量输出接口,故无需额外使用模拟量扩展模块。目前,PLC在国内外已广泛应用于钢铁,石油,化工,电力,建材,机械制造,汽车,轻纺,交通运输,环保及文化娱乐等各个行业。使用情况大致可归纳为如下几类:1、开关量的逻辑控制 2、模拟量控制 3、运动控制 4、过程控制 5、数据处理 6、通信及联网。其主要优点有:1.可靠性

6、t a stable pulp consistency.This design uses the screw type pulp consistency transducer to measure actual pulpconsistency,the consistency signal is converted into standard 4-20 ma signal,and then AD conversion convert the analog signal into digital signal and feedback to the controller,and after com
7、paring with the giver value,we get the deviation.Calculate the deviation by PID algorithm,then use the result to adjust the opening of the electric valve of the water inlet,so as to realize the adjustment of the pulp consistency.
