16、位，采用任务性教学，发挥学生的最大潜能。教和学立足于课本，但又高于课本，实现了学生从理论的积累到实际运用的真正的转变。不足：设计环节稍多，学生展示时间短。练习稍显仓促。使用建议： 整篇教学设计环节比较多，建议充分使用多媒体课件辅助教学效果更好。教后反思：本课的核心话题是谈论人的外貌（look），这既是是教学重点，同时也是教学难点。本课的设计通过创造性运用任务型教学模式，设计多姿多彩的切合学生实际的各种任务，创设情景以提高其听说读写水平。通过学习语言材料，让学生获得了运用所学的有关词汇，短语及句型，描述人的外貌特征，并能结合实际生活进行灵活运用的能力。并借用媒体来提高学生的学习兴趣，让学生通过亲

17、身体验、实践、合作与探究等方式学习英语。使学生确实从学习中学会了如何谈论外貌,同时还学会了识别不同人物外貌特征，丰富了学生生活,同时也是一种真实的体验，增加了学生的语言实践，促进了他们在整个教学活动中主动参与。同时对学生进行了情感教育，要求他们不以貌取人，多发现别人的优点，学会友好地描述别人的形象。参考答案：Step1.
