23、先向他们鞠躬问好，最旁边一位老师笑吟吟地请我坐下。在这种气氛里，这样的友好让我立即感到轻松很多。面试共 20 分钟，分 5 个阶段：一是自我介绍阶段。由于我事先准备过，比较容易，我觉得在这个阶段吐字清楚，内容简短且声音宏亮，给面试老师留下较好的初始印象，同时自己也要抓住机会，在这个阶段调整自己，尽快进入状态；二是专业介绍阶段。自己对所学专业有多少理解就概括起来说一下，让这些老师对你所学专业有个大致了解。由于我当时理解错误，没有说重点，结果把这个专业在我们学校的队伍构成和实验室概况说了一下，现在想想都觉得当时有点可笑；三是抽题单答题阶段。我抽了两道题，都是机械原理方面的，需要一种综合知识的能力，

24、-第 5 页由于我复习没有到位，所以有一道题答得不好，还思考了很久，我想当时要是直接说不知道就好了，因为答这道题我用了很长时间，估计会令老师有点不耐烦；四是老师提问阶段。除我导师外的任意一个老师提出一个与我专业有关的问题，说实话有点难，我努力给自己一个反应的时间，在复述问题的时候搜索答案，结果还是没能想出来，问题说完我也不敢拖延时间，就向老师说“对不起，这个问题我暂时无法解决”。我觉得很难过，当时看书时只顾去看那些知识，却没有想到用它去解释现实中的问题；最后的阶段是我的导师提问。就他研究领域某一问题，让我分析一下。这需要综合的知识和分析问题的能力，我觉得比较简单，因为毕竟以前对专业知识有较深刻

25、的理解，所以我就按我的思路，用专业知识去分析，提出方案。我想这个问题不在乎你说的是否正确，这是一个灵活的问题，或者是用来考察你思路是否清晰，是否具备解决问题的能力。整个面试里没有英语能力考察，面试结束后我有礼貌地退出，并叫下一个面试者进去。来到走廊里，窗外一座高楼，兀自竖在面前，挡住了我的视线，我有点压抑，觉得刚才的表现不是很好，不愿再去想刚才的情景，只想早点知道结果然后回家。后来见到师姐，她开玩笑地说：“如果你没有通过面试，会哭吗？”我想了一会说：“不会，因为不是我所做的每件事都会是我想要的结果，也许我会很难过，但我不会哭，毕竟我很努力了。”笔者在面试时，老师提问主要是量子力学。这一门课程只

26、学过半个学期，并且它本身很难，复习时也没有作为主攻课程。这时，笔者首先回答了基础性的问题，如波粒二象性、薛定谔方程的物理意义等等；然后对方老师开始问一些超晶格中的量子物理现象(超晶格也没有学过，只看过基础概念)。此时，对策是先说出它的基本物理意义，然后再反问对方老师现在研究的进展如何，碰到的问题怎么样。然后就着老师的回答，对他研究中所用到的原理与提问，用学过的物理知识回答。然后再讨论式的请问老师如何解决问题，他此时会问笔者如何解决。这时再用自己所学，加上一定的发挥来回答(这种问题不论对错，只是老师考学生思维方式的一种手段)。面试时间约 35 分钟，对方老师较满意。第一，第一，英语问题。英语绝对
