15、挥消费的的基础作作用，实实施扩大大消费的的综合性性政策，社社会消费费品零售售总额增增长122%，信信息、养养老健康康等服务务消费快快速发展展。有效效发挥投投资的关关键作用用，启动动实施生生态环保保、清洁洁能源、农农业水利利等重大大工程，创创新重点点领域投投融资机机制，全全社会固固定资产产投资增增长155.3%，民间间投资占占固定资资产投资资（不含含农户）比比重提高高到644.1%。积极极发挥出出口的支支撑作用用，着力力稳定出出口、增增加进口口，以美美元计价价的货物物进出口口总额增增长3.4%，在在国际市市场的份份额继续续提升。最最终消费费支出、资资本形成成、净出出口对经经济增长长的贡献献率分别
