10、timulate international trade.what leons have you learned in _ that (,)will help you have a sueful _? menen: you can never trust forecasts.old rules dont ly, and the new rules havent been written.the industry is being le predictable every year, with more and more challenges arising.of course, the pri
11、ce of oil is always something we have to contend with, but, worryingly, natural disasters seem to be hening at a more frequent rate, while increasingly more national economies are struggling.we are continually learning, and every challenge helps us bee better prepared to manage whatever new challeng
12、es _ brings.whitehead: as a relative newer to this industry (i became hactls managing director in september _), but a long-term observer of others while working at a senior level, i have quickly learned how sensitive air cargo is to the health of the global economy and how reactive it is to consumer
13、 demand.air cargo is a busine that can boom in response to the release of a single, new piece of consumer technology (i.e, the iphone 4, the latest playstation or the kindle) or crash because fears of defaults in one small economy have threatened to upset the currency of 16 others.i now realize that
14、 the major strength of air cargo its ability to respond to sudden changes in consumer demand is also its major weakne.im developing the view that any prediction in air cargo is pointle if its based only on a recent or short-lived trend (like the one displayed in _), rather than the e_trapolation of
15、a long-term picture that has been proven right by history.you could say that this risks miing the ne_t major opportunity, but i dont think so.it avoids the equally serious risk of auming lots of additional overhead that could quickly bee a millstone if predictions fall short.history usually repeats
16、itself, and long-term trends of the past, which incorporate past peaks and troughs, are a much better basis for predicting future trends.that alone is not enough, however.the trick is surely also to factor in additional growth from real prospects of busine gains that are within your influence and co
17、nsider the poible effects of any real or probable threats.but you must also aept that the short-term picture may still be impacted either positively or negatively by totally unforeseen events beyond our control.after all, thats air cargo.流火的七月,我满怀对未来的憧憬离开校园,来到深航货运有限公司这个年轻且充满朝气的集体。时光飞逝,转瞬间已工作三个月有余了。虽
18、然在工作、生活中曾遇到过一些困难,但在领导和同事的关心、鼓舞下,使我的生活充实且快乐。我在大学所学专业与现在所从事的工作存在着巨大的差异,因此就要求自己要更加的努力,不断完善自己,学习货运的相关知识并使之运用在现实工作中,才使最为关键和重要的;经过这三个月的学习及领导、同事的细心教导与帮助,现在我已经基本掌握了一些必备的业务知识与服务技巧。闲暇时,回味思索一下,现把过去三个月的工作做一个小结,以便在今后的工作中更加运用自如、得心应手。 以我个人的观点,我们运行部是一个真正意义上的保障部门,对各个营业部、代理人的货物是否能够更安全、快捷、合理的配载、出港起着至关重要的作用;同时也是对公司的信誉的
19、维护,对客户满意程度最好的答复。现在我所在的岗位是运行部的调度中心,它是联系加货内外、车队、外场及营业部、外航货运代理的纽带,作用就更加不言而喻。刚开始的时候,我连最基本的三字代码都不知道,在办公室看着大家忙碌而井然有序的工作,而自己连一点忙都帮不上,从心里感到着急。因此许姐让我们从处理舱单开始,一步一个脚印、踏踏实实的从点滴做起,且手把手的教我们。我很荣幸的说,在很短的时间内我就掌握了输单的方法与技巧,且通过输单我还掌握了公司飞机所飞航线的三字代码及基本的航班动态,为以后的工作打下了良好的基础。而最让我头痛的便是接电话及听对讲机了,因我们这里是保障部门,不可避免的营业部、代理人的电话会多些。
20、开始的时候,听到电话铃声心里就有点发毛,怕自己讲不好、讲不清楚,对对方所要咨询的问题无从下手;经过近一段时间的磨练和领导、同事的帮助,我自信在一些问题的处理上我已经可以应对自如了。在有就上听对讲了,以前因为从没有接触过,刚听的时候,只绝声音刺耳,茫然不知是在和自己说话、说的是什么。不过三个月已经过去了,天天的耳濡目染已经习以为常,没有问题了。在过去的三个月里,通过自己的接触与了解,我有几个思虑还不是很缜密的想法: .在处理普通外航货物时,当收到大量、同一目的地的货物时,是否可以给那些和我们保持良好关系的,且在竞争同一公司航班舱位的代理人来分别的处理呢?这样的话,我想是否就对货物的保障问题有一些
21、提高呢?因为他们的舱位总是在一个有限的范围内,当货量很大时,注定要有一些是无法正常配出的,而当我们分别来出来时,是否会在他们有限的舱位上都保证有我们自己的货呢?使我们货物能按时正常配出。在就是我们现在所知的代理人还很有限,这些需要我们在平时多多的积累,以便在用的时候不会措手不及。.“城际速递”是我们公司精心打造的拳头品牌,时效的保证是它最重要也是最大的特点,这就要求我们在配载、出港的时间都需有专门人员来跟踪,不允许有丝毫的差错,并要及时的记录、反馈相关的信息;而如果只能走外航的情况下,我们是否可以直接给那些其它航空公司货运部来处理呢?我们是否可以和他们签署一份协议,只是用来保障“城际速递”这类
22、的货物。.不管是何种货物,保证它的安全也同样的重要。问题主要是保障仓库储存的货物、货物从营业部到分拨中心以及到货物的配载、出港等几项内容,作为安全保障部门的一员,首先要从思想上充分重视起来,思想直接指导着行为的执行,安全问题是我们部门指标中的重中之重。在具体的工作中,首先是要防止各类危险品和注意海鲜的包装,在货物到达各个环节时做好交接,保管好钥匙,把可能造成货物丢失或破损的任何隐患降至最低。在安全问题上,我们现在为止已经有一整套流程,只需把它认真的贯彻执行,工作的时候更加细心认真。 在工作中最重要的一点我还很欠缺,那就是经验,所以在处理一些比较紧急的问题上,还是显得有些稚嫩,不管是在工作还是其
