ABSTRACTBusiness English is a very different type form any other English. Due to i

3、ts special functions in the business activities, so its language style and discourse are specially-performed. Specifically-speaking, Business English aims at adjusting itself to the business life, its contents including every aspects of life concerning business. As for business English, its main pur

4、pose is to make its learners to know more about the the commercial mode, the negotiation rules and any other knowledge concerning English. So as for Business, English is just the tool for communication, its main features and core knowledge beneath English language is business connotation and knowled

So if we want to know more about the true features and functions of business，we have to know the discourse of business English, through the analysis of business English discourse, we can have a better command of its sentence structure, its vocabulary and its expressive style. After that when we

6、confront the occasion where we need to use business, we will find it possible to communicate with others based on knowledge of business English. In this thesis, we will discuss the discourse of business English in business English writing to find the characteristic of language,language system, langu

7、age context, speech etc. In the end, we will know better of language features of business English.KEY WORDS: Discourse analysis; Business English; English writing摘 要随着经济时代的来临，我们的生活节奏越来越快，国家与国家，组织与组织之间的联系与交流越来越频繁。在这其中英语语言的使用人数最广泛，这也是近几年英语语言在中国的飞速发展与成长的原因。在日常的生意往来中，商务英语走上了历史的舞台，在国际商务谈判中，商业活动中，商业展演中，贸易

8、洽谈会中。商务英语出现的概率越来越大。直到今天，商务英语已经成为一门学科在高等学府被重视起来。要了解商务英语首先就要了解它的语言风格，包括选词、句子结构、整体立意等。本文以商务英语写作中的语用为主要研究对象，通过对语言、句子、语言环境、言语等的分析来进一步了解商务英语的整体特征，以备在以后的日常商业活动中，我们能够使用比较地道规范的商务英语进行语言交流，达到商业沟通的目的，可以说本文的研究是站在语言学语用的。本文一共有四个章节，第一章节是商务英语语用方面研究的文献综述；第二章为论文的理论阐述，包括话语分析理论的引介，常见的话语分析案例；第三章将系统论述话语分析理论下商务英语写作中的语用特征；最
