1、婴幼儿母乳喂养现况调查:母乳喂养多久喂一次 摘要：目的：了解3岁以下的婴幼儿母乳喂养状况，为提倡母乳喂养供应科学依据。方法：从2008年7月1日至2009年6月31日，在某县妇幼保健所儿童保健门诊，采纳现况流行病学探讨方法，通过分发调查表，了解一些基本信息，对结果采纳单因素及多因素进行分析。结果：本次调查的有效例数519例，男童286例，女童233例，6个月内的纯母乳喂养率为35.87%，母乳喂养的持续时间平均为7.425.60个月；母乳喂养过程中遇到主要问题是奶水不足；影响6个月内纯母乳喂养的因素是母亲受教化程度，母亲教化程度越高，纯母乳喂养越低。结论：母乳喂养是一种经济便利婴幼儿喂养方式，

7、日后发生肥胖的风险。 开展我国婴幼儿早期母乳喂养现状调查，重点了解婴幼儿家长的早期喂养学问与行为，为促进母乳喂养学问宣扬供应科学依据。 1 方法 1.1 探讨对象。 本次调查关注儿童早期喂养的关键人群3岁以下的婴幼儿，对其家进步行问卷调查。 1.2 调查内容。 家庭与儿童早期的一般状况；母乳喂养及其支持系统；协助食品的刚好、合理添加；微养分素的补充；促进合理喂养的支持系统。 1.3 调查方式。 从2008年7月1日2009年6月31日，在某县妇幼保健所儿童保健门诊进行现场调查，共发放调查表590份，收回调查表544份，应答率为92.2%，其中有效数为519例，有效率为95.4%。 2 结果 2

8、.1 样本一般状况。 2.1.1 样本数量及性别、年龄分布。 调查儿童的平均年龄为16.56（10.77）月，其中男童286例，占55.11%，女童233例，占44.89%，男女比例为1.28。 2.1.2 调查儿童的家庭基本状况。 本次调查儿童家庭基本状况详见表1。 2.2 母乳喂养现状。 2.2.1 母乳喂养率与母乳喂养持续时间。 本次调查显示，4个月内的纯母乳喂养率为33.33%，6个月内的纯母乳喂养率为35.87%。母乳喂养的持续时间平均为7.425.60个月，分布范围为1-40个月。 2.2.2 母乳喂养常见问题及其发生率。 母乳喂养过程中，可能会遇到各种各样的问题。在本次调查中，根据发生率从高到低的依次分别是奶水不足、乳头难受、乳房有肿块、乳头凹陷、乳腺炎、产后刀口难受，少数母亲遇到宝宝不吃母乳的状况。 2.3 母乳喂养学问评分。 参加调查的家长平均母乳喂养学问得分为2.25（1.25），得分范围在0-6分之间。以评分2.25，表示学问得分良好，以评分
