10、nd by express airmail one extra sets of the aforesaid documents directly to the Buyers.另外，卖方应于货物发运后三天内，用特快专递寄送一套上述的单据给买方。11. SHIPMENT: The Sellers shall ship the goods within the shipment time from the airport of shipment to the destination. Transshipment is allowed. Partial shipment is not allowed.

11、运输：卖方应于交货期内将合同货物从装货港运到目的场，不许分批，允许转运。12 Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution there of shall be amicably settledthrough negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached between the two Parties, the case under dispute shallbe submitted to the Trade Arbitration Co

12、mmission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Tradefor arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Beijing,china and shall be executed in accordance with theProvisional Rules of Procedure of the said Commission and the decision made by the Arbitration Commission shallbe accep

13、ted as final and binding upon both parties. The fees for arbitration shall be borne by the losing Partyunless otherwise awarded.仲裁：一切因执行本合同所发生与本合同有关之争执，双方应友好协商解决。如双方协商不能解决时，此争执应提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会， 按照该仲裁委员会仲裁程序暂行规则进行仲裁。仲裁地点在中国北京。仲裁委员会的裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力，对仲裁费用除非仲裁委员会另有决定外，均由败诉一方负担。19.
