5、ther, quite等词修饰表程度。Ø 比较级的用法： 表示两者比较的常用结构（和比较）A+动词+形容词/副词的比较级+than+B Im taller than you. He runs faster than Lucy. “比较级+and+比较级”“越来越”多音节的比较级用“more and more+原级”形式 The day is getting longer and longer. China will became more and more beautiful. “Which/ Who +动词+比较级？”比较A，B两事物 ，问其中“哪一个较”时用此句型。 Which

9、很”，句中it为形式主语，真正的主语是后面的动词不定式。Ø 如果形容词是表示事物的特征或特点，表示客观形式的形容词，如easy, hard, difficult, interesting, important, necessary等，用介词for.如：It is very necessary for us to clear the room.对于我们来说打扫房间是必要的。Ø 如果形容词是表示人物的性格，品德，心智能力、表示主观感情或态度的形容词，如：good,kind,nice, clever, foolish等，则用介词of.如：It is nice of you to

10、help me.你来帮助我真是太好了。(三）固定搭配 1. as long as只要 You dont need a lot of friends as long as theyre good. 2. be different from与不同 Larry is quite different from me. 3. the same as与相同 I dont care if my friends are the same as me or different. 4. in fact事实上 In fact, shes funnier than anyone I know. 5. care about在意 I know she cares about me because shes always there to listen. 6. so far迄今为此 How do you like it so far? 7. thanks for (doing) sth.因而感谢, Thanks for telling me. 8. have in common有共同特征 All these shows have one thing in common. 9. for example例如 For example, some people say they are poor farmers.
