8、 problem is a little difficult to solve.从某种程度上说，这个问题有点儿棘手。 2.look like看起来像 She looks like her mother.她长得像她妈妈。这个短语是“感官动词like”形式。类似的短语还有：（1）sound like听起来像 That sounds like a good idea.那听起来像是个好主意。（2）feel like摸起来像 It feels like silk.它摸起来像丝绸。（3）smell like闻起来像 They smell like roses.它们闻起来像玫瑰。（4）taste like尝

9、起来像 It tastes like fish.它尝起来像是鱼肉。 3.辨析handsome，beautiful，pretty与good­looking（1）handsome 意为“英俊的，好看的”，通常指男性。 （2）beautiful 是最普通的用语，可用于形容人，也可以用于形容物。形容人时，往往指女性。 （3）pretty 意为“美丽的，漂亮的”，通常用于形容小孩或青年女子，也可以形容物，意为“精致的，赏心悦目的”。（4）good­looking 意为“漂亮的，好看的”，是普通用语，既可以形容男性，也可以形容女性，没有beautiful语气强。 【练一练】1）He l
