12、业出现了良好的发展态势。文化产业是文化领域和经济领域的交叉门类，这种特殊性使其既有别于单纯的经济活动而注重自身的文化品位，又使其不同于纯粹的文化部门而追求经济效益。文化产业作为经营文化产品与服务的企业，其最终目的是为广大消费者提供精神文化消费。就其内涵而言， 文化产业通常是指依托高科技和现代传播、流通渠道， 以生产和提供具有文化内涵的商品和服务为特征， 以文化市场为导向，以文化生产和服务的经营性企业为主体，通过大规模投入和产出， 提供文化产品和文化服务的经济门类。一般来说， 文化产业不是局限于孤立的某个产业，而是形成一个相互关联具有“ 同心圆” 或延伸产业链条的一个集群。通常“ 文化产业经营中

13、所提供的产品或服务需要包括三个要素的全部或部分，要提供信息传播功能、满足体闲娱乐功能，还要具备文化艺术内涵。; L 1 ( P77)其核心要素即内容部分是信息提供和娱乐功能，而文化艺术内涵则是内容实现的特点和方式，也就是文化艺术内涵使得娱乐的层次和境界能够升级。对于国外来说 ,我们将自己的文化产业扩张出去，一可以让世界各国了解我国，比如通过电影、书籍等，已这样的形式更能让国外人接受、了解我国风土人情，历史底蕴等，其实国外很早就注重自己本国的文化产业。如美国的好莱坞就是一个典型的例子，我们这辈人，可以说大部分都没机会去美国，但是我们却通过好莱坞的电影对美国有着诸多的了解，而美国呢？他们大部分国民

36、人把发展文化产业看成是文化部门的事， 与已无关； 有些人将文化看成是思想政治和消遣娱乐工具，没有全面深刻地认识文化事业的性质、 地位和对发展经济所起的重要作用，没有用经济的办法、 产业的方式、遵循文艺发展的规律来兴办文化产业。对此，笔者认为有必要对发展文化产业进行再认识。1、文化产业及含义 从 20 世纪 50 年代以后， 第三次科技革命随着第二次世界大战后经济的复苏开始了， 即发展以信息技术为核心的智能生产力时期，标志着文化与经济崭新关系的确立。工业化时代经济生产与文化是对立的，而智能比生产时代，经济与文化是一体的，即“ 文化的经济化” 和“ 经济的文化化”，由此而产生了一个新的产业文化产业
