7、of the Company was RMB 11,885,170.28.The Company planned to submit an application for resumption of listing to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange within five Nanjing Putian Telecommunications Co.,Ltd.2017 Annual Report 3 trading days after the disclosure of the 2017 Annual Report.According to the relevant

8、provisions of the“Stock Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange”,Shenzhen Stock Exchange would make a decision on whether to approve the application for the resumption of the listing of shares of the Company based on the review.The Company is subject to the risk of termination of listing as stipula

38、try No 1.Principal Business and Products of the Company The Company is a state-controlled communications equipment manufacturing Company,of which the main business is R&D,production and sales of information communication equipment.After years of continuous industrial restructuring and transformation

39、 and upgrading,at present,the products of the Company and its subsidiaries cover optical communication networks,wireless communication networks,data applications,industrial electric and other fields,form the information communication industry sector,data application industry sector,integrated access

40、 and electrical complete set industry sector,and smart city and emerging industry segment.The main products include wiring connection equipment,special network communication products,multimedia communication equipment,building intelligent products,and integrated solutions for smart city construction

41、.Customers include domestic telecom operators and governments,and industry customers in financial,medical,education fields,the products cover all provinces and cities in the country and are exported to foreign countries.In 2017,the Company won the“Top Ten Most Influential Enterprises of Optical Tran

42、smission and Network Access Equipment in China”for the 10th consecutive years.The Company has mastered a number of core patented technologies in the information communication field,as of December 31,2017,the Company and its subsidiaries have had 173 patents(including 48 patents for inventions)and 42

43、 software copyrights.At present,the Companys headquarters has set up wiring system department,southern branch,system integration division,cloud network digital communication division,international business department and other operating entities directly subordinated to the Company,the products incl
