5、.5,3.2.3,3.2.9,3.3.4,3.3.5,4.1.12,5.1.11,6.1.12,8.2.4,8.3.4,9.1.8,9.1.13,9.1.14and12.5.6aremandatory,andmustbeobservedstrictly.Atthesametime,theoriginal“Codeforconstructionandacceptanceofdecorationengineering”(GBJ210-83),“Codeforconstructionandacceptanceofbuildingdecoration”(JGJ73-91),aswellasChapte

6、r10and11of“Evaluationstandardforqualityinspectionofbuildingengineering”(GBJ301-88)wouldberepealed.TheConstructionBureauwouldberesponsibleforthemanagementofthisstandard,ChinaBuildingScientificResearchInstituteresponsibleforthedetailedinterpretation,andConstructionBureauStandardRatingResearchInstitute

8、(GBJ301-88)byChinaBuildingScientificResearchInstitutetogetherwithrelevantdepartments,basedontherequirementsof“Notificationonprintinganddistributingtheplanfortheformulationandrevisionofnationalengineeringconstructionstandards(the2ndlot)in1998”(Constructionstandard1998No.244)issuedbytheConstructionBur

9、eauIntheprocessofrevision,thecodecompilationteamcarriedoutamonographicstudy;conductedabroadinvestigation;sumuptheexperienceindesign,material,constructionandotheraspectsofbuildingdecorationinmanyyears;andmadeanoverallrevisionbasedonthepolicyof“separatingacceptanceandevaluation,strengtheningacceptance

10、,perfectingwayandmeans;aswellascontrollingtheprocess”.Inaddition,theyaskedforthecommentsofrelevantunitsinthewholecountrybyvariousmeans,revisedtimeandagainformainissues;andfinalizedthecontentsafterreviewing.Thiscodeisthequalityacceptancespecificationfordefiningifadecorationworkcanbeputintoservice.The

11、buildingdecorationworkisdividedinto10sub-worksaccordingtotheconstructionprocessanddecorationposition.Exceptthesub-workofgroundthatwillbeprintedindependently,thequalityacceptanceforallother9sub-worksisstipulatedinthiscode.Thiscodehas13chapters.Thefirst3chaptersareGeneral,NomenclatureandGeneralStipula

12、tions.Chapters412arequalityacceptanceforsub-works.Inchapters412,thefirstsectionisthegeneralstipulations;andothersectionsarequalityacceptanceforeachsub-work.Chapter13isthequalityacceptanceforsub-works.Inthefuture,itmaybenecessarytomakepartialrevisionforthiscode.Theinformationanditemcontentsaboutparti

28、ionshouldconductnecessaryinvestigationandsitesurveytothebuilding.Thedesigndepthshouldsatisfyconstructionrequirements.3.1.5 Thedesignforbuildingdecorationmustensuresafestructureandmainusagefunctionofbuildings.Whenthedesigninvolvesthemodificationofmainbodyandweightbearingstructureortheincrementofduty,

29、theoriginaldesigncompanyoradesigncompanywithcorrespondingqualificationmustcheckrelevantoriginalinformation;conductverificationandconfirmationforthesafetyofexistingbuildingstructure.3.1.6 Thefirefighting,lightningprotectionandantiseismicdesignforbuildingdecorationshouldconformtothecurrentnationalstan

30、dards.3.1.7 Conductanti-freezingoranti-condensationdesignwhenfreezingorcondensationmayoccurinthepipelinesinsidethewallorsuspendedceiling.3.2 Material3.2.1 Thecategory,specificationandqualityofmaterialsusedinbuildingdecorationshouldconformtodesignrequirementsandstipulationsofcurrentnationalstandards.

31、Whenthereisnorequirementindesign,thematerialshouldconformtothestipulationsofcurrentnationalstandards.Itisstrictlyforbiddentousethosematerials,whicharerejectedbynationalpublicproclamation.3.2.2 Thecombustionpropertyofthosematerialsusedinbuildingdecorationshouldconformtothestipulationsincurrentnationa

32、lstandards“Codeforfirefightingdesignofbuildinginternaldecoration”(GB50222),“Codeforfirefightingdesignofbuildings”(GBJ16),and“Codeforfirefightingdesignofhigh-riseresidentialbuildings”(GB50045).3.2.3 Thematerialsusedinbuildingdecorationshouldconformtothosenationalstandardsrelevanttothelimitationofdetr

33、imentalsubstanceinbuildingdecorationmaterials.3.2.4 Checkmaterialcategory,specification,appearanceanddimensionwhenthematerialsaredeliveredtosite.Thematerialpackageshouldbeintact.Thematerialsshouldhavemillcertificate,instructionmanualinChinese,aswellastestreportforrelevantperformance.Forimportedprodu

34、cts,conductcommodityinspectionaccordingtorelevantstipulations.3.2.5 Forthosematerialsnecessarytoberecheckedafterbeingdeliveredtosite,thetypeanditemsshouldconformtothestipulationsineachchapterofthiscode.Forthematerialsdeliveredtositewithsamecategory,samecategory,andproducedbysamemanufacturer,takeatle

35、astonegroupofsamplestorecheck.WhenotherwisespecifiedintheContract,executeaccordingtotheContract.3.2.6 Whenthereisnationalstipulationorcontractualagreementthatwitnessinspectionmustbeconductedformaterials,orthereisacontroversyoverthematerialquality,thewitnessinspectionshouldbeconducted.3.2.7 Thecompan

36、yundertakingtheinspectionandtestforbuildingdecorationmaterialsshouldhavecorrespondingqualification,andshouldestablishqualitymanagementsystem.3.2.8 Forthematerialsbeingusedinbuildingdecoration,effectivemeasuresmustbetakenduringtransportation,storageandconstruction,topreventdamage,deteriorationandenvi

37、ronmentalpollution.3.2.9 Forthematerialsbeingusedinbuildingdecoration,conductfireproof,antisepsisandvermin-prooftreatmentaccordingtodesignrequirements.3.2.10 Forthosematerialspreparedatsite,suchasmortarandadhesive,prepareaccordingtodesignrequirementsorproductinstructionmanual.3.3 Construction3.3.1 T

38、hecompanyundertakingtheconstructionofbuildingdecorationshouldhavecorrespondingqualification,andshouldestablishqualitymanagementsystem.Theconstructioncompanyshouldcompileconstructionorganizationdesign,andgothroughreviewandapproval.Theconstructioncompanyshouldconductconstructionaccordingtorelevantcons

39、tructionengineeringstandardsorapprovedconstructionplan,andapplyqualitycontrolforthewholeconstructionprocess.3.3.2 Thepersonnelundertakingtheconstructionofbuildingdecorationshouldhavecorrespondingqualification.3.3.3 Theconstructionqualityofbuildingdecorationshouldconformtodesignrequirementsandstipula

40、tionsofthiscode.Thequalityproblemsduetotheviolationofdesigndocumentsandthiscodeshouldbetheresponsibilityofconstructioncompany.3.3.4 Duringtheconstructionofbuildingdecoration,itisstrictlyforbiddentoviolatethedesigndocuments,andchangewithoutauthorizationthemainbody,weightbearingstructureormainusagefun

41、ctionofbuildings.Itisstrictlyforbiddentodismantleorchangethewater,heating,electric,fuelgas,communicationandotherassociatedfacilitieswithoutdesignconfirmationandauthorizationofrelevantdepartments.3.3.5 Theconstructioncompanyshouldobservethelawsandregulationsonenvironmentalprotection,andtakeeffectivem

42、easurestocontrolthepollutionandhazardtosurroundingenvironmentcausedbysitedust,offgas,wastes,noise,vibration,etc.3.3.6 Theconstructioncompanyshouldobservethelawsandregulationsonconstructionsafety,laborprotection,fireproofandgasproof;establishcorrespondingmanagementregulations,aswellasprovidenecessary

43、equipment,apparatusandidentificationmarks.3.3.7 Theconstructionforbuildingdecorationshouldbestartedafterthequalityacceptanceofbasalbodyorbasallayer.Beforethedecorationforexistingbuildings,conducttreatmentforbasallayerandmakeitreachtherequirementofthisCode.3.3.8 Beforetheconstructionofbuildingdecorat

44、ion,preparemasterpieceormasterpieceroomformainmaterials,andgetconfirmationfromrelevantparties.3.3.9 Forthebuildingdecorationusinginsulationmaterialforwallsurface,thetype,category,specificationandconstructionprocessofinsulationmaterialsshouldconformtodesignrequirements.3.3.10 Theinstallationandcommis

45、sioningofpiping,equipment,etc.shouldbefinishedbeforetheconstructionofbuildingdecoration;ifnecessarytoproceedsimultaneously,itmustbefinishedbeforethedecorationofsurfacelayer.Thebuildingdecorationcannotaffecttheusageandmaintenanceofpiping,equipment,etc.Thedecorationforbuildingsinvolvingfuelgaspipingmu

46、stconformtotherelevantregulationsonsafetymanagement.3.3.11 Theinstallationofelectricapparatusinbuildingdecorationshouldconformtodesignrequirementsandcurrentnationalstandards.Itisstrictlyforbiddentolaywiresdirectlywithoutconduit.3.3.12 Theenvironmentalconditionsforindoorandoutdoordecorationshouldsati

47、sfytherequirementsofconstructionprocess.Theambienttemperatureforconstructionshouldnotbelowerthan5.Iftheconstructionmustbedoneattheambienttemperaturelowerthan5,effectivemeasuresshouldbetakentoensuretheconstructionquality.3.3.13 Duringtheconstructionofbuildingdecoration,takemeasurestoprotectsemi-finis
